Some fans speculate Misha has ADHD or other similar disorder.

 

Others speculate she has an ear disorder which would explain why she gets dizzy with stairs, why she can't ride a bike and why she loses her balance when kissing Hisao (since ears are in charge of keeping your balance).

 

She's also very loud which could indicate she has hearing problems, and learning sign language might be her solution to this problem since she knows her hearing is going to deteriorate.

 

Of course this is all speculation.

I very nearly did. I really wanted to, but I was on Shizunes route, so I waited. Later, before I reloaded the save, I learnt that it was a bad end. :'c

Because some stuff is intolerable for me. I'm not going to sit through something I won't enjoy. 

I never finished Fate/Stay night because I stopped enjoying it altogether at some point.

unfortunately, hisao nakai didn't find misha as "girlfriend material". why not?

Also If had to choose between Misha and Shizune i would also pick Shizune. She is simply more interesting to me and misha feels a little bit shallow. But with my final statement i wait till i finished the whole stuff .

This may be irrelevant (possibly even stupid) but i've heard that in the development of Katawa Shouju Misha was planned to die of cancer partway through Shizune's route. it could be that this early plan had a hand in her not getting her own route.

 In all the few VN I read there was only one Heroine I didn't like -> Makina from Grisaia (i will probably be punished for that ) ... But I didn't like Grisaia at all. Other than Katawa
