Hoshizora no Memoria question

I always wondered; What happens if you don't get any girl during the common route on first time playthrough? Does the game just end after the common route or will something else happen?

 

Can't really test it myself, since I already unlocked

The default 0 flag and allflag route is Asuho.

I think that if you don't have enough flag for one route you automatically go to Asuho's route but I'm not to sure

Is that assuming that you've never completed a route before, or is she the default heroine, no matter what routes you've previously completed?  Sorry, I don't know what "0 flag" and "allflag" mean.  Ignorance is bliss.

Okay, I have risked my saves to do some brute force research.

 

The results:

Asuho (default) = Isuzu (1 choice) = Komomo (1 choice) -> Komomo Route

 

Asuho (1 choice + default) = Komomo (2 choices) -> Komomo route

 

Asuho (1 choice + default) = Isuzu (2 choices) -> Isuzu route

 

Komomo (2 choices) = Isuzu (2 choices) -> Komomo route

 

Asuho (1 choice + default) = Isuzu (2 choices) = Komomo (2 choices) -> Komomo Route

 

(It doesn't matter what choice you pick for Asuho or which ones you pick for the global 1-flag-draw, the outcome will always be the same.)

 

That is really interesting, in my opinion. I suspected the same thing as Steve, but Isuzu gains priority before Asuho on a tie. For some reason.

Each choice is worth 2. Asuho starts with one.

So 1 vote to Asuho is 3.

2 votes to Aoi is 4.

That's why.

I believe Aoi is classed as 4th girl and komomo is 3. I think that's how the CG page shows.

Can't argue with logic (or script reading?).

The CG-, Gallery- and Bustshot- modes rank the girls as follows: Mare, Asuho, Komomo, Kosame, Isuzu, Chinami and ****. It's safe to assume, that this chain will serve as the tiebreaker.

 

I don't know why I care so much about this entire thing, but I'm satisfied now. Thanks for putting up with my pointless curiosity.
