Question about Mature Content in 999

So, I've never been one for horror or anything, but I was thoroughly surprised by how much I loved Remember11. After finishing that, I was thinking about trying 999.

I love the thriller and psychological horror content that Remember11 gave me, and I hope to find that 999 delivers as well (and with the reviews I've read, I should say so). However, I am concerned about the content of the game.

I am aware it's rated "M", but I've played M-rated games before, but they've never been too graphic. Though I enjoyed the content in Remember11, I'm not sure if I'd be interested in violence much more graphic than in Remember11.

For those that have played both, how does the content compare? Is there a lot of blood? Are there any really graphic images? I'm more ok with graphic descriptions than images. I would ask about hentai content also, but as this game is in North America, I feel it's pretty safe in that regard.

Never played Remember11, but 999 is at least semi-tame.  The majority of the blood and whatnot is actually done through text as opposed to imagery, so it should be alright.

No h-content though would it not be weird if you shagged half the people on the ship when you have 9 hours to save your life

 

Some description of gore, but nearly no gore in images- I can think of only two places with explicit gore(in description or image).

There was a scene I think where somebody likened body parts to pizza...

You'll see some blood, but nothing worse than say, SPHIA incident or that rat. In fact, less severe. Text has a bit more, especially one part, but not massively terrible either.
