Rules section?

If so, would be nice to prevent future problems.

Yeh... decided against a rules thread, because the rules are implicit in my view. Most people know not to post porn already, they know not to troll others or use racist or hateful speech (there is a place for that). u dont even have to state it. Stating it is repeating what most people already know to be true.

To me anyway, very showy and obnoxious 'rules threads' send a different message to the visitor. I think it belittles the visitor.

There is one rule that I can think of, it's .... that you can share anything you want even copyrighted material.

So the one rule I can think of, is really to tell ppl that there is no rules in this regard.

For now while still don't have many members, i guess is easier to moderate. and well..

I guess most forums ive stopped to visit is, because after sometime:

-trollin' starts

-Moderators/Admin busy irl being unable to moderate at all

-Post spam

-People wich don't use "search thread" and create an existent thread already(not just 1 or another, but a lot of times)

hmmm, Snowpoke by porcetage for sure ~93% of users wouldn't read. But even if so, at least will help, even if is a small porcetage.

TBH I want to troll around here but for some reasons I don't feel like doing it. Probably some homey spirit this forum brings or whatever. Let's just get to i when we need it.

Aaeru feels really strongly about this. The admins have discussed it before.

This is a friendly and welcoming community. Our hope is to keep it that way. We have great people here who are working hard to make this the best forum around.

There will always be room to improve guys, but making a bunch of rules and stuff makes us like everyone else. Trolls and assholes are inevitable. Trust the Admins to deal with that crap as it happens.

I like admin and moderator. I know its like everywhere else, but in this instance i dont think thats a bad thing.
