Hoshizora no Memoria

When I launch MemoriaEN.exe it shows this

 

 

I've been playing Hoshizora no Memoria for about a week now, and suddenly it does this. I've triple checked my non-unicode settings, it's in Japanese. Any idea how to fix this?

Mine works fine, Did you download it from Fuwanovel by any chance since that's the one I use.

So, does anyone know how to fix this?
