unable to launch f/sn

Okay so i'm around the end of heavens feel when all of a sudden a game error pops up. I have to close the game but when I try to launch it I get this screen

 

I really want to finish heavens feel so please help

 

 

EDIT:okay fixed! Found out it was still running in task manager

Try skipping through the section where you crash as a first measure, sucks but yeah
