Kat Posted March 11, 2015 Posted March 11, 2015 My hatsukoi would be Elfen Lied(or Angel Beats)(I cant remember past 5 yrs)(but its one of those). Really enjoyed the story and the character. And I also planning to rematch it after some other things. Quote
bogdankl Posted March 23, 2015 Posted March 23, 2015 when i was about six or seven on the tv they aired on Saturday and Sunday on one of the most popular tv channels Rurouni Kenshin , they only aired it once and that was my first anime i think <it is possible i watched pokemon before it but i don't think so>, still remember watching it with my dad, still remember how horrible the dubs were, geeeeeeeezus you have no clue, and from that point onward i never knew the difference between good voice acting and bad voice acting, i only knew the difference between voice acting and... that dub Quote
ERO! Posted March 23, 2015 Posted March 23, 2015 Minami-ke. I'm honestly ashamed about this now, cos i can't stand it anymore Quote
CytosineThallia Posted March 23, 2015 Posted March 23, 2015 Hunter x Hunter (the old version) when I was like 5 or 6 years old. Quote
Dokken Posted March 23, 2015 Posted March 23, 2015 I might be really not original, but all the legendary animes that was on TV 15 years ago (Dragon ball, Hokuto no Ken, Cobra, Albator, Cat's Eyes...) Quote
Getsuya Posted March 23, 2015 Posted March 23, 2015 First anime I watched actually knowing what anime was: Dragon Ball (not Z, the first one. Dubbed, on VHS tapes. With that silly cartoony opening song) First anime I watched to completion: Evangelion Quote
Mugi Posted March 24, 2015 Posted March 24, 2015 I'm not completely sure, maybe Yu Yu Hakusho or Inuyasha? I did watch a lot of Case Closed and Kodocha growing up, too. Man..I haven't seen Kodocha in ages.. Quote
Suzu Fanatic Posted March 24, 2015 Posted March 24, 2015 Ninja scroll - and soon after I discovered NGE, Man, anime has come along way since then - but they are still classics. Quote
Shikomizue Posted March 24, 2015 Posted March 24, 2015 Well, the first anime I ever watched was Pokemon, but the show that got me into anime would be InuYasha. Quote
chocoberry Posted March 24, 2015 Posted March 24, 2015 It was probably Digimon or Pokemon but I didn't know this was anime. A few years later I found Rozen Maiden and this was the one that I started watching anime thanks to. Quote
Chronozael Posted March 24, 2015 Posted March 24, 2015 The first anime it was tamiya, digimon or yaiba. No ranma 1/2 or pokemon? Here in Indonesia we have a lot of anime airing here(at least they were). The first intentional anime was SAO (my friend gave it to me so I've got no choice). But I really hook to anime after I watch Angel Beats and Oreimo. Quote
The_Count Posted March 25, 2015 Posted March 25, 2015 I hated everything that wasn't football and call of duty up until around 2011 or so (I was a stupid jock) xD, so my first time watching anime would have been Soul Eater. A friend sat me down and forced me to watch it until I loved it. If we're including childhood then it would probably be Pokemon or DBZ. Quote

Only like football and some FPS game till 2013. Quote
