This is an apology for my long hiatus

(Note i don't know if this belongs on general discussion if not it will probably be moved) This is an apology for those who may have enjoyed talking to me on skype, which is probably not many of you but hey it's better then not acknowledging anyone about it. I don't wanna go off on some long winded story on why i was gone, but i will go into some of the details sometime in august i had stared to take some time off from fuwa and the internet in general, mostly due to the fact that i'm home schooled and when i'm home i'm mostly doing school work, but that's not why i was gone sometime in early september my computer had malware probably from downloading porn or something, so we sent it out for repair this is where we made a mistake we should have sent back to best-buy but instead we sent it to a small family owned shop in town, basically they stole are private information credit cards and passwords that kinda stuff. Because of this microsoft customer service wiped my skype account in fear of losing more information, steam did the same thing. So at the end of the day i lost all my steam games and any home work i may have had on my computer and left a bad taste for anyone on fuwa. I especially apologies to Meogii and Mon, i'm not asking anyone to accept my apology all i want is for every one to know where i'm coming from and again i'm sorry for leaving the way i did

I personally am not one of those people, but I think it is good of you to remind people (friends) that you have not forgotten about them. As for me, I regularly take 3-6 month hiatuses out of no where and come back as if I was gone for only a day, lol. In any case, welcome back man.

Holy crap, that fucking sucks, big time.  Can't say I know your pain, since I've never gotten a virus that got through avast!, but you have my sympathies.  Is there any chance of getting your Steam games back?

 

No need to apologize, not like you just quit for no reason or anything.

i asked steam customer support there is know way of getting my games back, which REALLY SUCKS they said that they might be able to give me some money back, but idk yet

Wow, that's a huge bummer.  Hopefully you'll get most, if not all, of what you paid back in Steam funds.  That blows if you got any gifts or free games, though, since they won't refund you for those.  Wish you the best of luck, man, but I doubt you'll need it; Steam's support is pretty good, I got a refund for a game within a day of my request.  Tried playing the Witcher on a Mac, but it was a crappily wrapped product that crashed on launch.

Witcher really, I've heard such good things about the witcher series that sucks. And thanks again for understanding
