Well some IRL stuff happened and I had go out for a few days. I'll be returning home tomorrow night and since I wasn't able to carry the laptop along with me ........ Madoka is stuck.

I hope it isn't much of an inconvenience but I'll need a couple of days more to finish it.

And yeah I'll be there in the next cycle too as usual.

Oi!!! You missed me!  You added Chaos but not me!

 

I will also participate in the next cycle,  and will probably make this a continued thing.  I don't actually have any purely comedy series.  If I had to put one in, it would be Seitokai Yakuindomo, but I can't see this being any more than just gag after gag, rather than a story.

As if you could spoil anything in Nichijou, haha.

Well, except for the major plot twist that occurs in episode 20 and pretty much changes the nature of the series, of course.

 

 

I'm in btw.

 

My recommendation will be Hare+Guu. Need to watch this classic at last. (I often feel like it's getting forgotten lately)

Hare+Guu is a show I haven't heard people talk about in a long while nice rec.

 

I'd be down with basically any of the shows suggested by people as it's been a good long while since I watched a comedy (think last one was gekkaku no shoujo nozaki-kun).

 

Anyone know why people on the forums praise milky holmes so much?

Doesn't this scene remind you of the scene at the end FLCL episode 1 ?

 

The anime seems pretty good, all the symbolism spread around is visible.

The art-style has an ominous feel to it. But I just can't get used to them wide faces ......

Ok. Milky holmes it is. Someone tell me the order of watching.

I just saw another season being aired

We are presumably only watching the first series, not the entire thing.  I don't think this show pulled a haruhi, so we should be safe.

Every time I recommend an anime it gets put up I just never win.

Actually, I probably would've voted for yours, if I hadn't seen the desperate need to try to avoid impending doom. Apparently there are two votes still out there that could potentially destroy us all, though, so hopefully that late vote was not cast in vain...
