I think Saya no uta would also fit into the description. Not really sure since i haven't played it yet lol

I also recommend Phenomeno, it's a good read and not too long. If you're searching for suspence, I guess Chaos;Head and Steins;Gate could fit? Not really at the beginning, but the more you read, the more you're surrounded by mysteries.

Yes, Phenomeno is good. Also, Higurashi no Naku Koro ni, of course. Saya no Uta is more full-horror and not so much suspense.
