Notifications not working properly

Simply put, the counter on my notifications is not displaying the amount of notifications I have properly. I'm not sure if anyone else is experiencing this.

 

It often says there's no notifications and when I open it there's 3 or 4 new ones. Sometimes it says there's 1 or 2 and there's like 5.

And sometimes it also decides to work, it's completely random.

 

This is a re-occuring problem on both my computer and my tablet so I don't believe it's browser/device related.

 

i.e did I break Fuwa?

It's happening to me a lot. Sometimes there will be like, 5 notifications that won't mark numbers. So weird.

I should really stop touching caching settings for the forums, all it does is cause more harm than it brings betterment. Clear your browser caches and they should be working again.
