An interesting anime project

I don't know if this is the right place for this, so my apologies if I'm wrong.

 

So, I found out from a youtuber I watch, that this guy wants to make an anime named Zenos, and needs some money to make episodes. He has plans to make 50-100 episodes, and has a GoFundMe fundraiser. http://www.gofundme.com/ZenosAnime Right now he wants a donation of $100,000 to make some episodes. I thought it looked really interesting so I'm sharing it with you guys.

They are asking for a very small amount of money for 50-100 episodes. Under the Dog asked for $580k for a single 24 min episode, abit they were obviously going for higher quality animation.

100k is definitely not enough to produce that many full length episodes with good quality plus a manga series.

Seems like bs to me, look at this https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1300298569/under-the-dogor check any other project in kickstarter and how much they were asking for not only anime but normal cartoons like bee and puppycat for example.. they cost  A LOT OF MONEY. 100k to do 100 episodes? that sounds like bs all over

 

"One of the artist actually worked on Season 1 of Sword art online." what artist? why doesnt he name him? there is little to no info on the project... don't want to be bad but everything tells me that this is a scamm...hope I'm wrong

There's so many things that don't work with that crowdfunding I don't even know where to begin or if it's worth typing words about it, lol.

The project is 100 times bigger than it should be, both money-wise and ambition wise. With 100 000$ you might manage to put together 10-20 minutes of animation. Maybe. And someone who clearly has no experience should start at a much smaller scale. There's a huge chance this would crash and burn if it was funded...

The fact that the "trailer" show 11 seconds of absolutely nothing moving doesn't help.

 

But the worst is probably this paragraph:

i completely understand why he wanted money for the anime.
