Pretty much the same here.  Although with games like the Venus Blood series I have to bend the rules a bit.

If not, no. I've read a few Nukiges and couldn't do it, since I'm a hopeless beta fgt romantic who thinks there must be love everywhere. For example, Imouto Paradise (ironically, I stopped reading a Nukige because it had too much ero scenes in it lol).

It has to be a really good scene for me to go that far - so many scenes are so badly written or cheesy it's hard to get in the mood. For me, it depends on how good the voice actress is~ She can make or break the mood.

 

Without good writing or voice acting, its just another H pic, and I can find thousands of those on the net.

For me H-scenes are like rewards you get for playing trough the game, like the cherry in top of the cake.It's not necessary but it's  a plus.

 

But it does affect the story as well.(And these games are 18+.....)
