Because:

Mikasa is about to be killed and out of nowhere a Titan fights against another one, I don't see how that's not killing the suspense of the episode?

Alternative is that we just settle on the fact that anything shown so far in the anime isn't a spoiler even if it just came out, but I'd feel bad if someone saw something just as they were about to watch it.

Well, I have a bad feeling for pretty much all the characters... Except for Mikasa, maybe...

It feels just like they're grown to be canon fodder to break our hearts by savagely killing them, so I've pretty much accepted their deaths already...

So far none of them had more than an introduction for character development, so it's not like I'm much attached to them anyway.

They did what I didn't want them to do, but made it work in a way that I'm okay with. Eren appeared to be a pilot instead of actually being the Titan.

Nah, I aint gonna drop this. The actions scenes are way too well done for that, and as long as we have Sasha, this show is undroppable.

Only complaint i had about this episode was, the first few mins was basically just last ep. Other than that, really enjoyed it.

Also based on none but my speculation:

Batman you said he was only a pilot, but I have to wonder, its seems like where he "pilots" from, happens to be the "kill" point on titans. I have to wonder... I don't know how this will continue, since I've only read up till this ep

It turned out to be more or less what I expected. The end result is the same, though I admit I sort of expcted him to transform.

Also, even though I sold myself as a Mikasa man, I'm growing to like Sasha more and more. And finally, LOL at that big eyed "kawaii" titan appearing again.

Episode 8 was fucking hardcore. I love Mikasa.

I somehow kinda figured that the Rogue Titan was Eren but holy shit that was sweeeeeeet.

This show is so intense, man. A fantastic story about survival in an odd world.

I shouldn't have started this until it finished airing. The week long wait its just unbearable at this point. I refuse to read the manga though. Reading is for nerds (a joke btw). Also, I just don't see the manga having the same impact since its not animated with Production IGs massive talent.

Yea I kinda regret starting it too. The manga may not have the same effect when it comes to action scenes, but the story so far seems to be making up for it.
