I like them a lot cause can read most of them without paying a lot of attention. Can just focus when it's get interesting and can skip the 5 chapters of them explaining something they will never touch on later on(which god it happens a ton on WN). Web novels are quantity and light novels usually are quality, a lot of the times they get LN release(and WN ends getting dropped orz). Been branching off to KR novels lately. It's a refreshing feel after reading most if not all fantasy JP ones. 100% agree about never being completed if I had to say the amount of WN I have finished is a like not even 10% of the total numbers I've read.

It was a nice watch. The market is very niche, most of the people I've talked about VNs they only know stuff like Fate, Steins; Gate, Nekopara AKA the popular stuff, so the market tend to be specialized to a certain group instead of general audience. A trend I noticed is companies translating gachas, they bring a lot of revenue, are very short and the story format of most of them is Visual Novel like but earn the money (mostly cause the gambling and FOMO). People praised Fate Grand Order a lot when it was released because of being a "Mobile phone with a good story" yet they only stayed playing gachas not tried VNs . I feel like I've seen more gachas being brought to the west than VNs. However, I feel like VNs on the west are on a better place than before. Stopped reading VNs some time ago since didn't find anything interesting and read most stuff that was popular, it was kind of amazing coming back and seeing that there was a lot to choose from.

Yeah. It was like poison to read Sanaba first after taking a long break, so hard to find something as enjoyable as that. Thanks for all suggestions, will be playing some of them on my free times. Should probably take a look on new releases. Can't believe Draco Riot still being not released

Took a long break from visual novels a long time ago. Been trying to pick up visual novels to play but have hard a time doing so (left most of them halfway or drop them kinda fast) I think the genre i like is comedy/romance rather then deep story. My favorite from long time ago are: Rewrite, Princess Evangeline, Kamidori and Steins Gate So far tried Sanoba Witch and I LOVED THIS GAME SO MUCH, I WANT TO FORGET EVERYTHING AND PLAY IT AGAIN, Senren Bankan(need to finish the last route), Riddle Joker (Did one route) and Starless(weird mix I know) Since loved Sanoba Witch tried the other titles but didn't hit as much but still enjoyed them. Any ideas and recommendations are appreciated. So far trying to finish the ones i mentioned and Donha Donha. Started to play Otome Domain. Would prefer to read English translated but if the VN is really good, i can play them hearing by ear/ML.
