Visual Novel Translation Status (02/07/2021)
Since we have JAST decided to release Eiyuu Senki GOLD on 5th (JAST are so busy preparing the release though, so much that they can finally release it at around 2 AM Californian time which mean technically they delayed one day from their exact date release estimation) suddenly and that in there we'll have 70 famous characters from across the history just like Fate franchise, I decided to parodied the (in)famous Fate/Grand Order by change 'Grand'
Since we have Ninetail planned the Kickstarter for Venus Blood Ragnarok along with a fan released the less known VN with the title 'Fake World's End at 4 AM', I decided to make the parody for the later by changing 'World's End' into 'Ragnarok' so we have 'Fake Ragnarok at 4 AM', which is quite fitting because Ragnarok is known as the big war happening when the world is about to end according to Norse mythology. Welcome to this week VNTS Review, and since we have Mahoyo available on PC with the title 'Witch of the Holy Night' and Destiny Star Girlfriend release, I decided to parodied the latter by changing 'Star' into 'Witch', so we have 'Destiny Witch Girlfriend', although ironically Aoko didn't really become Soujuurou girlfriend at the end of Mahoyo (For now). Welcome to this week VNTS Review, and because we'll going to have both of Amazing Grace and Aoi Tori released in few days, I decided to make the parody of Detective Conan 12th movie again, Full Score of Fear, because the movie has Amazing Grace song with I change 'Full Score' into 'Curtain Call' from Aoi Tori insert song (Futaridake no Curtain Call), so we have 'Curtain Call of Fear' as the title. Since we have Mahoyo release and that our Nasu was inspired by Evangelion when he wrote it, may as well make the reference to the Evangelion opening song title Cruel Angel Thesis with I changed 'Angel' into 'Sorcerer' so we have 'Cruel Sorcerer Thesis' as this week VNTS Review title. Also while I know that the official translation is 'Witch of the Holy Night', I felt that 'Sorcerer' here may be the most appropriate translation for 'Mahoutsukai',
