Hey guys, I'm aware Fuwanovel is more of a place for writers than artists, but I figure there might be a chance some of you are currently looking for artists to help with your projects. As thus, I'd like to offer my help. Devving for a VN is something I've wanted to do for a while, and although I have no formal experience, I've devved for games and organized some groups before, so I'm not a complete stranger to teamwork. I'm basically looking to join any team who needs a background artist, as long as you have some decent concepts/pitches to start with. What I can do: -Backgrounds -Background/coloring for CGs -Various designs, from clothes to color schemes -Logos and promo art -Any themes -Any number of styles (I don't mind trying to match another artist's style) -Maybe some minor UI stuff? -I don't mind working with 18+ content What I can't do: -Anime/manga-style characters, I can clean/color anything from a sketch, but I have no idea how to draw anime for my life What I'm looking for: -A dedicated, long-term project -Decent writing -Hopefully a character artist to work with 0: Here's some of my work, for good measure: Larger View (still with crap compression) Larger View Larger View Some more, older pics: http://i.imgur.com/wYIW5JX.jpg http://i.imgur.com/9Mg1MOO.jpg http://i.imgur.com/w3Ykl4E.jpg http://i.imgur.com/t57dQG8.jpg These are all relatively quick pieces, nothing more than a few hours each. Hey all, Just a heads up to anyone that may be visiting Japan in the next year or so. If you'd like to meetup with me sometime in Higashi Tokyo and or want a tour of Akiba which I now know like the back of my hand, feel free to hit me up. I'd be more than happy to suggest some awesome eateries and help you get settled in the country for whatever reason you are coming. Cool, finally got a chance to look into the demo build : - Ah, Unity eh . - Wow, very cool! I expected it to be a funky looking visual novel, but maybe this is more along the lines of a point and click adventure. Love the kick ass camera pans as you select each object. - When you hover over an object, it says, for example, "CHAIR", then the description in a tiny font. Could it just say "CHAIR"? The tiny description at first made me think, "How am I supposed to read that ?" - I can immediately relate to Steven because I make those sorts of puns as well (-//u//-)... - And then I realize you can scrub through the game using that bottom slider. Really, really cool . However, I did just find it by chance. Maybe direct players to it somehow? - Is the game set in Melbourne by any chance? I happen to like Melbourne quite a bit (>w<)/. - At the moment, the GUI might be a little tough to figure out, but it is pretty fun to play with. No doubt it can be refined as the project progresses. GTAV releases pretty soon, and I wanted to know if anyone else was planning on picking it up. I had a blast in GTA Online with some friends on my PS3, and if enough people want to, we can start a crew and forcibly spread Visual Novels to the West by holding up banks, killing mofos, racing, and of course, doing heists. Hello everyone, Rose here bringing you a post relevant to all Fuwa users. As we all know, the site went through a lot of changes lately and lots of people are still a bit lost about things, so to make everything clear, Tay made a really big post explaining his plans for the future, a summary of some new features planned and much more, so be sure to read it even if you're not confused, for you might actually learn about more stuff to come. This thread is for the Steam Broadcast feature. It's essentially Steam's built in stream service. To enable, press Shift+ Tab during gameplay > Setttings > Broadcasting > click on "Not Broadcasting" ... Profit! I don't think people that "live in other discussion" are so ignorant they wouldn't look at the sidebar once in their life. If you care about a forum, you'll visit its main page at least once. But even assuming that they don't, Visual novel discussion and project development has always been at the top since our forum is about visual novels and I believe that's the way it should be kept. I get the whole "rules being at the top" thing, but I don't think that warrants the whole board being moved to the top. And above all else I don't think re-organizing the boards has much to do with this affiliate link and would be a pointless move to make. Based brain spasm.

I can read LN's on my phone with the Baka-Tsuki app. VNs are quite difficult to get on a phone even with VNDS, as it doesn't have many ports. Also, it feels less awkward reading a wall of text than playing a VN in public. I enjoy both mediums, as I can read content a lot faster through LNs, but VNs are a lot more immersive with sprites, sound, and BGM.

While she isn't chaste, as mentioned above, a large part of what molded her was out of her control. You apparently have no idea what the semantics of that word is, which would indicate in people with normal intelligence that maybe you shouldn't use it. Wanko is a nickname, genius Sanada. Her actual name is Kazuko Kawakami. Wanko is, no way, a common nickname for dogs as the Japanese onomatopoeia for barking is wan. Which makes a lot of damn sense since she is constantly being compared to dogs, and she even has dog ears at times. It's like.....the developers were deliberately comparing her to a dog. No way?! -Lights a cigar with a blowtorch and is generally awesome.-
