So in my inbox was an email about the whole W Happiness price discrepancy thing (apparently the game was more expensive on Mangagamer.com itself, which is contrary to their new policy, so they gave free Steam keys to those affected). Lo and behold, the email contains the following line: Copyright © 2017 Japan Animation Contents, Inc., All rights reserved. Can't find the reference now, but MangaGamer has said they don't use that name in Japan. This sounds like the name they do use. Lo and behold, when I google that name, I find this: https://jobs.gaijinpot.com/job/details/107365/en/translation-interpretation/anime-game-translator/ There are some interesting tidbits in this employment solicitation. They offer (or at least, they did in 2015) between 1 and 1.5 cents per (I presume Japanese?) character, and they want to see 40K characters per week. These seem to be the requirements at least for that one opening:

It seems like as otakon gets closer we're beginning to see more information about what to expect. Mangagamer will have 5 announcements (4 with current partners) and 1 with a new partner at the upcoming Otakon event. It seems extremely likely that these will be the last big announcements for the year unless Mangagamer announces they will also be going to AWA again. Considering many visual novel fans consider their otakon announcements in 2016 to be bigger than there AX announcements we can probably expect some quality announcements if nothing else. It is also extremely likely that their final secret project which is at 100% translation/editing will also be announced at this event along with probably another new yuri title.

Ratng wise Wagamama High Spec seems to be the better one, since it's higher rated both on VNDB and EGS. But if you liked Princess Evangile so much that you were waiting 2 years for the fan disc, then I would pick that one since it's a saver bet then.

Afaik, foreigners need some sort of degree to get a work visa in Japan. A Bachelor in Arts is just the lowest one they accept.

Not CG related, but Flowers has plenty of mistakes. They get practically everything about catholicism wrong (which covers from background information to the answer to a question in one of the detective sections) which is kinda funny when the whole VN takes place in a catholic high-school. Still a good VN though.

Got my first ending in Steins;Gate 0, Vega & Altair, whatever that means. Fk man, this prequel-sequel-midquel or whatever you wanna call it is sooo delicious, i actually wanted to re-read the original Steins;Gate before diving into this because it's been like 2 years so I kind of forgot some of the more refined tidbits about the time traveling and world lines but ya aint nobody got time for that Mellow Okabe was aight, was nice to see him spend an entire game being normal anti-social and riddled with despair instead of being his trademark overly bombastic Hououin Kyouma self : At least you were self-aware of how superficial you were >.> Aesthetically the art is very pleasant imo, it's like a softer, more refined, essentially moeified version of the original water paint style. Soundtrack's above average and able to fit the constant somber atmosphere and occasional happy times quite well. 1st from left: Old Mayuri, 2nd: New Mayuri, 3rd: Old Faris, 4th: New Faris . they mixed in the old sprites in some scenes so it was a bit jarring @-@ Amadeus was a fun and interesting concept. At first I was like 'yay I get to talk to this person again!' but if you start really thinking about it it can give you some bittersweet feels. Like it is the original by all means, but at the same time not really? idk, hard to explain . The Vega and Altair ending I got didn't get to really focus on this stuff so I hope another ending does. New character Maho's an interesting one. She ultimately gots nothing on the great Christina imo, but she can hold her own. lel

you can create an issue here, probably the author will add support for that game in the future.

Well, uh, if you have a USB auto sex sleeve then you can adjust the speed of it there, and ... "enjoy" the H-scenes even more. I'm not sure if that was something that they sold with the original Libra, or if this was some kind of special item sold with the localized version. Either way, if you don't have the sleeve, they I wouldn't worry about that setting. If you do have one... then go nuts.

Even worse when CGs spoil the events that come several lines after they appear. I usually don't care when CGs don't follow the text very closely, but these moments usually irritate me.
