My top general qualities would be very cliche: 1 - Great art; particularly cute, sparkly, girly CGs 2 - Engrossing story - I like mysteries best, and things where everything is not as it seems 3 - Non-cliche characters 4 - Not too many high-pitched, annoying characters 5 - Good variety of music 6 - H-scenes that aren't a. ridiculous b. creepily rapey or c. too repetitive I'm also going to answer this for my ideal VN in the horror genre, because it's quite specific: 1 - Centres around psychological horror 2 - Doesn't shy away from gore 3 - Has yandere characters!! 4 - Lots of twists & shocks 5 - Detailed and beautiful CGs (If anyone knows of anything that fits the bill, then let me know ^_~)

Hey everyone! I don't know if anyone noticed, but I've been awol for a few months. Real life got pretty crazy, I was working all hours at a few different side jobs as well as my main job. I would say so, but that's because I'm looking for the gayness XD There's actually a lot of people who argue it's not gay, or even pseudo-gay, at all. There's no doubt there's plenty of fanservice for the girls though

When I was in school, people always teased me for watching "anime porn" even though it was just regular anime at that time (well, mostly.. XD). But older people I meet always associate it with childrens shows. Maybe it's something to do with age? Like my generation has grown up with the Internet and been exposed to lots of hentai images, whereas people from later generations probably haven't had that much exposure to that side of anime culture. Not sure how true this is, it's just an idea.

Well if you mean adult as in ADULT, I'm pretty much fine with admitting I watch them to anyone outside of family/co-workers. They just don't need to know about that side of me XD I have friends who aren't into anime at all who just think it's hilarious that I watch and play this stuff. Maybe being female helps because it's more unexpected. I guess it depends on who I'm talking to as to what I'll say I like. I love yaoi/BL too, but I know there's some people who just wouldn't get it.
