anime and manga are similarily suffering from whats become commonly known as moefication of mind, as everyone can see based on its sales, with many great shows like paracyte and others, that decided on beeing non clichee, but unique having failed hard in reaching the magical manabi line, whereas generic garbage keeps on popping out and often selling like fuck, regardless of its actual quality, or such, furthermore encouraging those who believe creation of mediocrity, by going down the generic, non risky path, is the right thing of doing so, from which the whole industry will benefit at the end.

biggest problem i´m having with said practice is, if non written well and thought through, the tension btw stories flow is like getting torn apart, which is abig moodkiller for i, so titles consisting of such thing called multiple protagonists are usually avoided by me, though there have been few, which managed to suprise me in a positive way. not to mention a vn with 2 (or more) badly portrayed protagonists character/personakity-wise leaves a more negative impact on your mind, than a classical one.

the derail aside, i find the idea of outsourcing based on trust only non acceptable, when a good amount of money is involved, especially if your companies good reputation is at stake by failing to deliver, or keeping up with schedules promised to the backers. but thats only my little opinion, which can be safely disregarded...

forgot one point, as i´m also having quite some issues regarding games where you got multiple protagonists presented, simply because first i dont like it and second because it more often than not disturbs the stories flow.

nah ntr as a genre does not fall under nukige, of course the are those incl. it, but its like any other genre out there, to be precise though elf created superior ntr stories, they sold non as expected because of many people complaining about them consisting of too less porn. also rape is definitely no vital point of a good ntr plot, as consensual cheating etc wouldnt require it aka netorare type a. i suppose you go for the more lighthearted ones first like triangle blue (though some endings are fucked up as fucking hell), dark blue, i can, binitsu no kaori (mostly netori), kawarazakike 2 etc, before challenging the emotional czar bomb called gatenkei (for your physical & mental sake)

this is mostly due to that which i´ve claimed in the other thread, people getting made used to only this kind of stuff because yeah. escapism isnt the way to go and avoiding themes you´re not comfortable with doesnt let you grow as a person. maybee i´m too used reading more serious content than i should be, but for example when seeing someone getting raped, i dont focus primary on the obvious stuff, but kind of analysing the scene for myself, trying to figure out if there´s a deeper meening to it. ero content isnt that easy like some people making it to be, like when raping someone, you can do it for sexual pleasure, out of dominance, just for fun, or simply as an archaic means for totally destroying someone as a person, each of them providing the reader with a rich opportunity to whitness the characters grow or degenerate in an interesting manner, based on what actually happened to whom. to me it somehow seems, like people tend to refuse drawing a connection between gorenography as awhole and its reallife context, as if its only some imaginary carnal disires non happening/taking place in the everyday life of ours, so when beeing exposed to it actually happening or shown otherwise they are unable to realize whats really going on, distracted by superficiality. edit: reg. their purpose is for porn - yoa that may be true, but who in the world said porn´s sole reason for existance is us fapping to it? porn is art. i truly believe that. i´m no voyeur and i dont feel like becoming one, but i enjoy porn for many reasons more than just by giving in to my urges

having many sex scenes doesnst make a game nukige at all, as people tend to ignore the fact sex can be, if executed well, a great stylistic device needed for telling stories you simply cant do otherwise, this has absolutely nothing to do with deluding oneselfe, or not. of course there are those who do fap to it, but i hope its not the majority who intends reading this game same goes for beeing hyped because of its (false) ero-guro tag, i´ve came to see in many different forums/sites/advertising by now.

as for i, a novel should by no means consist of the following: • sloppy written endings, or those way too open conclusion-wise • illogical plot and other obviously inconsistencies • an author, who doesnt treat his characters with needed respect, like killing them off only for ahhhs & ohhhs • chracters displaying inconsequent behaviour, or acting against their personality for no reason • superficial stories as a means of personal escapism • soulless stuff which doesnt reach ones heart, ergo in which the author didnt pour his own into whilst writing • donkan, or hetare protagonists

There is practically no guro and it's not meant to be shocking in that regard. It is still a nukige, though. I very heavily disagree with people who say the ero content isn't the main point. It is front and center in the VN and heartily invites you at every opportunity to fap to it. It is a parade of h-scenes with a bit of story in between. The story takes itself seriously and is another major component to it, but... yeah, it's a heavily fetishistic nukige. And, to be honest, it doesn't even seem to be that good of a story. tell this to those who think the excact opposite, as i´ve heard it numerous times by now. like you said its no guro game at all, with almost every explicit content beeing often no longer than 2-3 lines and then fades out. i dont even think it appeals to fetishists that much, as there are lots of other (great) games that go straight for it instaed - this one has a deeper meaning to it story-wise, same as mugen kairo, despite its most disturbing content.

as for those having problems with the non fappability of its ero-content...pretty sure it wasnt intended by the creators for this kind of purpose at all. the stories main focus lies undoubtly and omnipresent on true love, the search for ones own luck plus struggling for selfacceptance, so people who purchase it in order to cater their dark fetishes like ero-guro etc. will be pretty much dissappointed by reading it, simply because that isnt the novels purpose at all - as i personally consider chaos head, or kara no shoujo beeing way more shocking in terms of violence and such.

you should read the whole thing though, only leaving the troll route out, as you would miss out on agood bunch of freaking rediculous and funny stuff otherwise - excluding miyus route, because this one goes down a pretty different road and also most stuff going on isnt noticeable until you get on the chicks routes, with only abit foreshadowing here and there during its common route. have fun & enjoy the lolis!
