  1. regardless of anything mentioned before, i sincerely hope they didnt skip btw skimp on the proofreading/quality-check parts again, like its been the case before - namely world end eco2, where it got worse as the story progressed, considering it took them almost up to a year for releasing a game that short, when still retaining typos over typos & else, considering g-sensou has been announced just few months ago and things might gotten rushed to meat a possible deadline (i´m well aware its based on a fan-tl, which has been worked on).
  2. always been under the impression iris was THE main heroine, so this comes now as quite some shock to me, wont change my affection for this game at all, but...b-ut..b....u..........t *sobb
  3. according to dovac´s post on reddit awhile ago light could have been doable for them, but staff-to-work-on-wise.....
  4. aye thanks alot, so the two are basically considered 2 seperate games & its not, like i already read somewhere on the web, that libra might be a modern interpretation of its precessor. puhh good to know. edit. wish wholeheartly that you (the porn-guys in red) might eventually consider c: drive´s kotowari as a possible candidate after this ones possible (& it will !) funding + upcoming success. XD ...*just me dreaming abit^^ -but its basically about what games to go for after your work on libra comes to an end, if xero´s olden titles will get considered possible candidates too, or only their new releases, so thats my point-
  5. -----question removed due to this retard reading the 2nd half of the review mentioned above too late--- so yeah looking forward to you handling this task & wish you the best. edit. witnessing the libra army steadily grow in numbers each & every day fills my heart with warmth, seriously XD
  6. no one talking here about them having found those 3 jap voice actors for sakura, eh?
  7. dont even dare eating those yummy octopus-wieners yourself, so you would miss out on feeding me, btw whitnessing me go full >/////<
  8. a lesson i learned in life & whilst working for various fellows, is that continuously beating around the bush will screw you up big time in the end. buiseness-, or public relation-wise there´s simply nothing worse than a "maybee". if theres something to state, of which you are personally sure of then tell them "yes", otherwise a clear "no" worded in a polite manner is the right thing to decide on, even if it may result in some people getting abit disappointed by doing so. this is still better than taking the gamble of provoking a real hatestorm, if the "maybee" is misinterpreted as a possible "yes" by them and might turn into the opposite meaning, which is how a sound mind usually works by expecting/ hoping for the best results only, instead of assuming a negative outcome when non explicitly stated so. aside from that is a "no" in this case conducive for relieving the employees of stress, or obviating an athmosphere of angst and fear, when its non clear to them if things possibly wont end up like planned. but whats most important, is that a "no", given the right circumstances, can become a potential "yes" ergo turning disappointment into pure joy, wheras the chances of accomplishing its opposite reaction plus avoid generating an anti hype are virtually zero. furthermore the usuage of "yes", or "no", or to be more precise the making of statements in a non ambiguous manner is undeniably asign of strength, or determination - which ultimately leads to customers feeling secure the more when unsure from the beginning if to decide on carry out commerce with the one in question, or better avoid it, increasing the tend of them doing so in the end. another positive aspect of non giving in to vague wordings, is that by doing so, you appear more human, btw. more likeable in public, instead of having an aura of unsecureness surrounding you, or even worse like beeing seen as a greedy one, trying to keep as many people interested in buying something by your side, when puposefully letting them stay in the dark.
  9. it was a logical consequence of when i first started becoming socially arkward, resulting in me becoming socially arkward the more... edit: sega saturn - dyoukusei
  10. adds shaved mankos to the list, as i gotten myself fully japanised by now, means i discovered my burning passion for fluffy bushes
  11. as far as i remember each post had max. 2-3 links in it (vndb or such), with the one from maou definitely non including anything that looked like spam, or links towards external discussions at all.
  12. sooo managed to survive that horrendeous last week of mine, where i´ve been seemingly punished by the gods for displaying some sort of lazy attitude concerning those tasks given to me earlier this year, resulting in fellow glandular fever knocking against the door and embracing me hard, so i wasnt able to continue reading fairytale requiem at all, which is a discouraging thing in itself, because it starts feeling like accursed by now, after illness prevented me twice from doing so. guess there´s nothing i can do, but again start reading from the scene onwards in which those lovely little ladies went astray in the smoke-filled house of theirs and sqeeled out of joy when the embodyment of modern chivalry (me) came to help end this so called misery in an instant :/
  13. it is indeed & storytellers version has a nice flow to it, without beeing overly cryptic, unlike nearly everything which comes to the poor mind of mine, simply because i do normally prefer writing/talking in some sort of crypric manner, but yeah it sounds definitely nice & charming the way its been worded
  14. read hana to hebi, or watch its movie & there´re still few others left, but basically your right with your assumption of most japanese writers doing a fairly bad job when handling ero content, or intertwining it with the plot itself, so that eroge these days consist of poorly executed fanservice btw mindless fuck for faps sake only.
  15. never talked about you either in the post above, but you know how people are, or tend to be, when non given enough information btw only the sum of 85k is left to their raw imagination. edit: quite fond of the poetical wording of yours.
  16. In case someone may ask about it, btw. to prevent unfounded guesswork, here´s some additional information regarding the way the team involved calculated with the (possible) fundings, or to be more precise why they estimated a need of 85k for covering translation-costs only: Priorities: A great translation, a lean mean Kickstarter budget, happily paid translators. 1,103,616 characters Reading fee (translators read the entire script before starting) = ¥125,000 1st pass, teams of 2: 4yen p/ch = ¥4,414,464 + 2yen p/ch = ¥2,207,232 2nd pass: 1.5yen p/ch = ¥1,655,424 3rd (final) pass + translation management: 2yen p/ch = ¥2,207,232 Total = ¥10,609,352 + Japan tax (10%) Grand Total= ¥11,670,287 ($93,362 @125yen, including yen conversion fee)
  17. so you made it. congrats!
  18. i do get worked up when someone tells me that buiseness btw potential boost of sales comes before reading experience, because if thats the case then piss off and sell cars, or whatever and not a medium that atually lives from its reading experience, furthermore calling me a purist, elitist or whatever overly-sentimental dude that hasnt understood the world he´s living in...
  19. as far as translation quality goes - people believing those (additional) fundings beeing used to cover most of the translation costs (main games + xtra content) are more than fooling themselves into actually backing inferior crap, simply because they (degica) COULD actually hire professionals only for handling said task by now without having any problems financially in doing so and the fact they WONT is undoubtably a sign of non prioritizing quality first before everything else. no matter how good the actual quality of a fanpatch is, it stays work done by amateurs, which a company clamining professionality shouldnt rely on as a basis for their future product thats costing people alot of money by them getting inavitably an inferior result presented, despite what could have been possible otherwise when non focusing on maximized profit only...:/
  20. dont care about the names correct spelling....the font...the fucking font gives me fucking eyecancer!!!
  21. fruitbat factory - little busters perfect edition (mostly editing) waku productions - tomoya after (some doki scripts & rest from scratch)
  22. anyone know who´s waku-productions, as they are supposed to handle the tomoya after stuff, provided by doki´s scripts etc.
  23. ayo thats pretty much what i meant above (not ending-wise), with the whole novel never ending in everyones favour, or doing them justice, always some bitter nuance there to it. personally i´d love seeing more stories like those beeing written, because they feel more natural to me, especial when thematizing socio-critical context like in this one which is surely taking place all over the world.
  24. hahaha you surely are talking about the one, where the protag gets to drive all those flashy cars and whatthefuck else when becoming a plaything for one of the girls ...yeah liked that one too, but the others are still mostly not that what many people might want to see.
  25. scatwise not as worse as some others, but it happens when they feel like it. overall i cant recommend this game to anyone who expects/prefers happy endings, or something that ends on an encouraging btw positive note, because it wont.
