keep in mind that running games in compatibility mode is not the holy grail, when it comes to playing the olden ones. in many cases you´ll still face difficulties with displaying the game correctly in fullscreen mode. because those games we´re talking function without having high requirements, its advisable to play them on a surrogate-pc with windows xp installed. should be sufficient in most cases

Good Day my fellow NEET aspirants, as for today i´d like to hear your own (unbiased) opinion regarding Liar Soft´s newest tile "Teito Hiten Daisakusen", in short if its worth reading or not. https://vndb.org/v15647 Personally i´m not the biggest fan of Liar Soft games, as i often had the feeling that their stories were kind of - rushed? - or non optimal written, in terms of not blowing my mind up whilst reading. (Sekien no Iganock, Oiran Rouge, Hiragumo-chan ....). Nevertheless they also had their better titles which i enjoyed pretty much & therefore i do hope the one i asked for above might be worth it (euthanasia, gahktun...). Not very keen of start playing it, only to drop it midway because something was lacking. To be precise i strongly dislike the ones, where main characters are killed of without real reason, or where the story looses its common theme whilst progressing & ends up beeing kind of confusing/messy. -Non asking here for some kind of spoileregeddon- thank you in advance edit: please refrain from critisising my personal taste of games which i like/dislike, in particular the ones i mentioned abvove. thx

hahaha touche. yeah ntr titles might be abit counterproductive, as much as i love them (only counting good ones like those from elf etc., not your everyday hetare-kun weeping in the corner ones) but my statement was meant for the whole medium of visual novelsin generall, as it is mostly viewed as a quick (and perverted) way to jack off.

it does matter to me, because i´m often travelling by train, with only my netbook (10,1") keeping my company. in case you dont want to ruin your eyes, reading kanjis is quite difficult on such a small display. thats my personal reason no1, but apart from me its always cool seeing good work beeing brought to a wider audience. another reason is that recommending games to my friends/acquaintances would also become much easier, as not everyone of them has the time or dedication to learn japanese, but are showing great interest in the medium itself. last reason would be, that it might improve the outward appearance of visual novels in the public, got those cold stares thrown at me bit too often in my life. edit: on my list are also lots of vn´s, which i didnt complete 100%, beacause of reasons, like when heroine x annoyed me as fuck. read most of them during my 3years working on a ship, without television & stuff. downloaded as much as i could find & always read them when the other ones were too loud for me to sleep (4man cabin)

yeah i know that, BUT as unimpressive as it may occur, it might get some other guys interested in the game (series) itself & eventually leading to a future translation attempt. already given up on an official release by western publishers

nah your kouhais route is the true route, as it includes half of the common route. rest is up to you. edit: to get the bro ending, you have to choose one of the girls & make a very wrong decision near the end of her route to piss her off (not worth it) edit: havent run into other untranslated scenes so far. walkthrough is 100% correct & readable with google chrome - google translate edit: BE AWARE that there´re 2 errors popping up during the game, first one after together watching the cherry blossoms (consists of 2 corrupted lines) & one later on in the game. Just press enter & start clicking on the text in godspeedmode. should be over shortly after

yep that are the 2 afromentioned scenes of manaka, rest should be safe edit: they arent really important to the plot. edit2: there´s also one scene where you go shopping by yourself & its also non important storywise edit3. twins route is the best by far...all hail to the haremking!

like i said you definitely DONT need a walkthrough to get all the routes which are translated so far. also in manakas route, there are i think 2 scenes which arent translated yet, fairly at the beginning, where you have to choose answer 1 in the 2nd one. as you play through the common route you simply have to click on the girl of your choice & start her scene & if she isnt available then you have to go home. there isnt any possibility of you getting untranslated scenes or routes, as long as you dont choose the 2 routes, which arent done so far (sasara & lucy) to get on yuukis route you have to clear at least 2 girls. then somewhere in the middle of the common route (after you have gone home); you are presented the choice at night, if you want to go to school to fetch your student notebook (choose yes), then go home each day and repeat the procedure. to get on the twins route, you have to neglect all other girls until you meet sango on your way to school (then procede as usual)

hmm i understand what you want to tell us, but so you know the story stays completely the same, censored or not. just because you dont SEE some dick getting chopped off, or my little farm in action with them girls, doesnt mean its not explained in the plot itself. the "censored" scenes are also not that many & compared to some other ones way less "disturbing". so you might want to skip the game entirely, if such an experience doesnt suit your personality
