Just finished Owarimonogatari.... The wait for more Monogatari continues yet again.

Don't read the Manga for Bunny Drop. Anime is god tier but the Manga though... Just take my word for it please. Just look into Bokutachi wa Hitotsu no Hikari's lyrics. Many feels were had when I finally looked into it. I'm basically a Love Live fan for life. Umi and Riko <3

The second half of that anime is extremely good. The first half was good, but the second half blew me away. Also, the ending is yanaginagi, she's just stupendous at singing I'm through 8 episodes now, and it's starting to get much more interesting. After the last episode I watched, I flipped through the art book briefly until I came to an older version of a character, and then I slammed it shut, thinking "Spoilers!". I'm much more excited now; it seems like the very idea of a big time gap in any story is very, very appealing to me, especially when I feel attached to those characters (it almost certainly helps that Chisaki was that character, and that she's the one I'm most attached to right now). There's something intriguing about seeing well-established, interesting characters set on a path to change, and then also getting to see those changes fully-realized, while still allowing a large enough passage of time to make it believable. The words aren't coming out quite right, but maybe someone else feels the same way and can say it better. Edit: In my rush to finish before leaving my place for a week, I watched the remaining 18 episodes in the last 24 hours. It was fantastic, and Ceris, you're totally right that while the first half was good, the second half was absolutely amazing. The feels here are real. One little thing I really liked about Nagi no Asukara is that there were hints that shit was going to go down. In the first ED, one of the lines roughly translates to "there's shit in the water". And then there was the hourglass and the glowing little flakes in the ED as well. I absolutely loved the show. The feels were indeed real.

A friend has been bugging me about watching Tatami Galaxy so I should be starting that up soon. In other news, I've been watching Monogatari Final Season and I randomly stopped watching Himouto for some reason. Should be getting back to it soon but Monogatari is the only show I'm watching as it airs. The conclusion of the recent arc left me with feels.

Monogatari Series: Final Season baby. Its pretty much the only one I'm watching as it airs. The rest of the series that interested me will be marathoned after the season ends.

According to the statistic on the homepage, that is not true. He has 1.6 million views, osu has 7 million users. Now if you were to say that he has more views than the highest total number of users online at the same time, thats definitely true. In the last 24 hours, the highest total number of users online at the same time was 14k.

Finished up Working!!!, Fate/ Kaleid 2wei Herz, and I forgot to mention it last time but I've been watching To Love Ru Darkness 2nd and just finished that up. Still waiting on the last two episodes of To Love Ru but in other news, I'm 6 episodes deep into Himouto Umaru-chan. Been fun so far and I love all the girls except Sylphynford. I just can't appreciate her character for some reason. Can't wait for Fate/ Kaleid 3rei to come out. Gotta wait for Yuru Yuri S3 and Gochumon S2 to finish before I binge watch the cuteness.

Just caught up on a lot of the changes to the site and why they occured. I'm disappointed in the changes, not because of the changes themselves but why they had to occur.

With regards to the reading vs rhythmic sense debate: I'm on the reading side of things. Having good rhythmic sense is only helpful if the quality of the map is high. Learning to read notes on the other hand, is good universally regardless of map quality. Since I haven't played Osu in a long time until recently, I might just be talking out of my ass but I'm pretty sure the general map quality hasn't suddenly gone up.

Re:Charlotte I've read somewhere that Jun's script was incredibly long given the timeslot that Charlotte recieved, leading to a lot of cut material to make things fit. Still doesn't excuse the mess that Charlotte was. Sure, given 24 episodes, he'll probably derp around for 12 of them. But in previous works, I actually became attached to those characters during those episodes. I didn't feel the same way at all in Charlotte, especially with the bad guy of the week format. I had to tolerate Yuu's whiny attitude because straight from the beginning of the series, the show gave me no reason to like him. Literally in the first episode, he does something so incredibly stupid and life threatening for his own personal gain. His only saving grace was his love for his sister and even that wasn't done well enough for me to care about him. Nao also wasn't very likable either, as she just came off as a bitch the entire time.

Chihaya is definitely my least favorite heroine and route. I never could stand muscle head type characters, but Chihaya is cute so she makes up for it a little. Her route was definitely too different from the other routes, but I liked the multiple life and death choices. I love having to spend a good 5 to 10 minutes deciding which choice to pick. This happened to me in Haruka's route in Little Busters and both Hanako's and Lilly's routes in Katawa Shoujo. Whenever Moment of Decision starts playing in Katawa Shoujo, I get goose bumps.

I just found out about the announcement and I was ready to orgasm all over the place. Then I read some people (not you guys but you guys reaffirmed it) saying that its going to suck because of 8-bit. I haven't seen Grisaia, because I haven't read Grisaia yet, but are they legitimately that bad? Is it as bad as Tsukihime?

The funniest part? Tanaka Romeo wrote both Kotori and Akane, as well as Moon and Terra. Source I think people aren't appreciating what Kotori's route is supposed to be: This is why I always recommend that people go through routes in this order: Kotori > Chihaya > Shizuru > Lucia > Akane The middle 3 girls can be rearranged but with foreshadowing in mind, I feel that THAT is the optimal route order. Major route spoilers:

Recently finished Non Non Biyori Repeat and Trinity Seven and finished rewatching Mahjong Ball Z (Saki and Saki Achiga-Hen). As expected, Mahjong Ball Z still got me as hype as it did the first time I watched it. Going to be finishing up Working!!!, Fate/ Kaleid 2wei Herz and Charlotte soon. NNBR was amazing. Trinity Seven was meh. I'll likely rewatch Saki Zengoku-Hen soon, and marathon through the rest of Ore Monogatari, marathon Gakkou Gurashi, and marathon Durararax2!! Ten. In no particular order. I have a bunch of shows I plan on catching up on almost from a year ago... my On Hold list on MAL is ever growing. And maybe just maybe, I'll actually finish rewatching the shows I have on my currently watching list...

I'm appalled at the reception of Rewrite and Tera... Little Busters and its ending: Pretty spoilerific so take care. MikeY91, what exactly didn't you like about Little Busters? I find it extremely hard to recommend Rewrite to you if you didn't enjoy Little Busters. The humor in Rewrite is probably more widely appealing, but being both Key works, the similarity in style isn't avoidable. Also, Little Busters was average for me until I knew the whole story. Then the novel became amazing in my eyes. That's probably why some people are calling it a masterpiece. People who didn't like it at first, likely won't put in the time to get to the final route. This is probably why there are extremes with the reception of Little Busters. Which is completely reasonable but thats why I tell people to stick with it.

I tend to not like the Shonen genre either but HxH truly is something else. For those who have seen the whole thing: So I got pretty deep into the Chimera Ant arc just now with the little free time I have... So yeah I'm enjoying HxH immensely and this arc really is something else. Looking forward to its conclusion. School Days is not a bad anime at all for its intended purpose. Sure, its themes are bad, its characters are worse but what I honestly think it intended to achieve, it achieved to great effect. Hate the characters, don't hate the anime. WHILE I was watching School Days, I wanted to punch their faces in so much, but in hindsight, if the anime was able to produce such raw hatred for fictional characters, I have to appreciate and respect it. Also, trying to keep up with SAO2, Psycho Pass 2, and Log Horizon 2 and its not working out. Already know whats going to happen in SAO2 so I'm just looking forward to my favorite scenes but the wait for Psycho Pass and Log Horizon is killing me.

I really should go watch Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun. I watched the first episode and liked it well enough. Also, man I just noticed your sig Nosebleed. So much shipping.

As a whole, I had a lot of fun. Little Busters delivered, despite some questionable sprites. P.S: Little Busters really needs a "skip read"- option. As much as I adore the common route, I won't read it six(?) times just to get everyone. If there is such an option and I'm just too stupid to find it, feel free to correct me. P.P.S: Yes, I once again procrastinated Fate/Stay. Please don't hit me. You don't really want to skip the common route since it gains new scenes as you complete more and more routes.
