    I agree with you that light novels might be good idea. Someone (for example Sekai project) really should start licensing light novels. It hurts my eyes when I'm reading light novels from baka-tsuki on my laptop. I would definitely buy a paper version if possible.

    I skip the voices in English VNs but if I'm reading in Japanese then I let the voices play out even before I even start reading the sentence

    Watching anime, reading manga and books, playing LoL, diablo and osu, the same stuff I still do. Without VNs I woudn't have this many people to talk about anime and stuff tho.

    First time I visited Fuwa was because I wanted to play Hoshizora no Memoria, but I started visiting fuwa more often because of the walkthroughs.

    Welcome to Fuwa. I see that you have G-senjou no Maou on your backlog. I recommend playing that even if it might seem little meh in the beginning, it's really good when you have played it for a while.

    From what I found the game has only prologue translated and everything else is machine translated. There is also another patch that translates cards, abilities, events and general stuff needed to play, including the tutorial.

    I recommend updating ITH too cause I have had problems with hooks too and it has always worked after updating.
