Just got an email from Play-Asia saying the game has been pushed back to June. edit: Copy and paste from my post on the JASTUSA forums:

I mentioned it to my contact at Siliconera but as far as they know, theirs no plans to write up anything yet.

They are submitting it to the ESRB for review and rating. Erotic content was removed to give it wider appeal. The demo isn't the finalized version. Mangagamer hints of a release in the next few days.
