  1. In the shining series, the original Shining Force + Shining Force II were fantastic games (although you did list the GBA remake of the first Shining Force), probably some of my favorite strategy JRPG games. Also, this game is currently Asia only, but Shining Resonance on PS3 is a pretty fun action rpg.
  2. I have to agree, I loved the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy so much, I loved the other books in the so called "trilogy" as well.
  3. I really enjoy playing VNs on my Vita. I bought a copy of Steins;Gate on Vita despite the fact that I already owned the PC version. I'd really like to see more VNs released in English on the Vita.
  4. By far my absolute favorite is Steins;Gate. Notable mentions to FMA (both the original series and brotherhood), Angels Beats, Madoka Magica, and the To Aru/A Certain series.
  5. I'm in the United States, Arizona to be exact. Its cool to see how many different countries people here are from.
  6. I seriously wouldn't be surprised if the reason they had a different artist for this VN was because the main artist was busy with Sakura Clicker.
  7. Well that rollback is a little disappointing. Anyways, in addition to Mabinogi, I've gone back to my play-through of Trails in the Sky, I'm on the last chapter, gotta make sure I finish it before the next game comes out. Also, I gotta say, I really love all of the dialogue in this game, some of the best I've read in a JRPG.
  8. I pay for VNs that get official English releases, granted that it interests me. I won't pirate anything that has an official release, and I buy VNs that I may have had downloaded before it received a release. I'm not a huge fan of pirating games.
  9. WEE episode 2 finally released on steam today, so I've begun reading that. They changed the names of some of the characters (I believe that these are their original names from what I've read), and its slightly annoying to adjust to that, it bothers me just a little.
  10. I always use the term read, unless the visual novel has gameplay sections (such as in DanganRonpa or 999), in which case I'd say that I play them.
  11. If I did get a physical copy I'd want to have a disk, otherwise I'd just get digital. I don't know, having something on a usb drive doesn't feel the same to me.
  12. I started playing Atelier Shallie. I was pretty surprised when I found out it didn't have the time management mechanic, although I suppose its not a first for the series.
  13. Persona 3 Portable also uses Persona 4's battle engine, which in my opinion is superior to the original persona 3 battle engine. Also the answer is a grind fest, if you just want the story, a youtube video exists showing just the cutscenes/important battles.
  14. There is also a Hyperdimension Neptunia and Sega Hardgirls crossover game coming up.
  15. This was really sudden, I wasn't expecting this at all. I had no idea he had health issues, 55 is a pretty young age to die.
  16. Thanks for sharing the bundle, I picked it up.
  17. Its been easy for me to follow along with the script, I just have it on my Wii U's web browser and have a few tabs open. The only thing that's a little annoying are the non-scenario related skits because they can sometimes be difficult to find on the website I'm using since they aren't in any particular order. Oh and the part with the password protected door was something I wasn't expecting, that turned out to be a pain to get past. The story its self is easy to follow, and considering the fact you already played through the Xbox 360 version, it shouldn't be too hard for you to follow anyways, to my knowledge most of the game is the same aside from the scenes where they added Patty into the game.
  18. Yeah, I actually imported a copy of the ps3 version and I'm playing through it now with a script at my side. I'm still a little annoyed that they never localized the ps3 version of the game, but I'm happy a full fan-translation exists.
  19. Started my play-through of Tales of Vesperia back up. It took awhile, but I'm finally getting the hang of this game's battle system.
  20. I know some of these have already been mentioned, but this is my must play list Persona 3 Portable (my go to version of persona 3 because of the fact it uses the persona 4 battle engine, also female protag) Ys SEVEN Ys: Oath in Felghana (although the pc release is superior) Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky FC (again, I'd say the pc release is superior) Project Diva 2nd/Project Diva Extend (these games are the reason I bought my psp, the first game in the series is ok, but doesn't compare to these two, both of which play the same, but have some different songs) Mana Khemia (it has some performance issues though) Fate/Extra (It doesn't have the best battle system ever, but I thought it was an enjoyable experience)
  21. I can play as Adachi? Yes yes yes. Is he supposed to be dlc or can he be unlocked in game I wonder.
  22. From what I played in the milestone 2 demo, it seems to be greatly improved over the 1st one, the demo includes the first 2 chapters of the game. Of course, if you read those you would be left on yet another cliffhanger, but it was enjoyable.
  23. I ended up getting to level 14,692,390. The last couple of days on that game were pretty crazy, one of my friends got to level 100,000,000.
  24. Dragonball Xenoverse is 50% off. Does anyone know if the game is worth the buy?
