  1. I'm not sure if we can discuss illegal downloads anymore. Nonetheless you're in the wrong place, go to the Voluntary Tech Support area. But are you running DMMd.exe or are you trying to run the patch for cracking it?
  2. I just finished the original. That ending, no, the whole final route blew my mind. And I must say, I can't wait for this TL to be finished. I feel like i'll have a void in my soul until it's done, but at the same time it excites me to know that i have Majikoi to read. Now only to decide what to read in the meantime..
  3. Modern roguelike: TheBinding Of Isaac For a retro platformer i'm gonna have to say Castlevania: Symphony of the Night or Sonic Adventure 2 (Assuming Dreamcast games are okay to vote on).
  4. *Prays for an RPG*
  5. I'm throwing my money at it once it comes out, but one thing bothered me. This looks absolutely nothing like Fire Emblem, like the only thing that looked Fire Emblem at all were the visuals, which looked a little like Awakening, and that supposedly Tiki is in it. I'm curious how they are going to put FE into this..
  6. I think that first we need to find out how many of us have access to certain emulators, then we can make our game selections from there. As far as I know you can emulate up to the Wii, though I've only emulated up to GC and Ps2 so far. Do you think we should have a limit on how long the games can be? I mean I know some people don't have the time to devote to a full run of Final Fantasy VII. Unless we are going to have a set amount of time to play each game before we swap out for another.
  7. My vote goes to Chrom, we need the final blue haired sword user, and i'm still salty at the "Maybe..next..time.." thing they did with him in the trailer.
  8. I really want to read the Majikoi fandisk and Majikoi S, along with the KonoSora fandisk, but don't want to wait for the translations to finish, and don't want to wait until I learn enough Hiragana to even be able to start reading it without one. I've heard that less complex stories are normally translated better, so I feel like these would be alright to try it with, but i'm not sure if that holds any truth to it or not.
  9. I currently only have a Wii U, as far as consoles go. But I also have a pretty high end gaming PC, so I should be able to emulate anything that we end up picking, assuming we will go that route. I don't have the money to buy games currently, but hopefully i'll have whatever you guys end up deciding on. I think emulating an RPG would be pretty fun, like maybe Chrono Trigger or a Persona game~
  10. If you have 200+ hours to spare and don't mind putting that much time into it, sure. I can't recommend it unless you don't have anything else to read, though, you could read multiple VN's in the time it would take you to 100% this game.
  11. I'm in, assuming it's free or I already own it
  12. I really liked the Megaman Zero games. And I have very fond memories of A Series Of Unfortunate Events, it was my first GBA game and I remember it being somewhat a hidden gem.
  13. rip in peace
  14. I don't believe you
  15. Looks like URF mode is back, time to actually play again~
  16. Yeah, Katawa Shoujo is probably the best introductory VN there is, so I highly recommend that.
  17. Confession: I don't have any one I can actually call a friend, which somewhat leaves a void in my heart, which I then fill with anime/manga/visual novels/etc. It's more or less my life at this point. And the only real feeling of affection I get is when I get so emotionally invested in a VN that I feel like i'm actually the main character and the heroines actually have feelings for me. Sad, I know.
  18. I don't know what to make of that final scene, why is Chiyuki still there? Did Decim make a dummy for her? Fantastic final episode though, I hope there's an OVA.

    Off to buy a PS4

Yeah, buying a console for a single game is a pretty bold move. But it's not like there wont be more games in the future that you'll be interested in
  20. Oh this looks pretty good, don't know how I didn't see that before. Thanks
  21. I feel like this would only be appropriate in very extreme cases. Me, for instance. I suppose you could say i'm addicted to the internet, because I don't really have friends and i'm also not the best at making them, so all I really have is anime/manga/VN's and the like, and it's all I've had for a while. I still interact with my family, I eat and sleep just fine, and I keep clean, so I don't really see it as much as a problem. Of course it's no the healthiest lifestyle because of being anti-social, but it's no where near a problem. But I suppose in cases like the ones in the video that extreme measures should probably be taken, however this seems to be a bit too extreme, I mean can these parents really not control their kids? And one parent had to DRUG them to drag them there, like what the hell? These kids would have had to been raised without ever being punished or something. I wonder how common cases like this are, like I see people that really get into things like WoW and spend a bit much time on there, but not enough to where they neglect personal hygiene, food, and change into a whole different person.
