  1. Vita is pretty much the only hope left for this. Hopefully it won't be a stretch goal.
  2. In the email update they sent out the letters PSVITA are italicized.
  3. They are just unlikely to go out of their way to send a newsletter about their competitor's project without a reason to do so.
  4. MangaGamer advertised it because they reached a distribution deal to sell the game on their storefont and that's not going to happen with Root Double.
  5. It's not necessarily about people spending money specifically for those, but how Kickstarter funding trends. The end days of a KS get a surge similar to the opening days, so getting another 25-30k in the last 6 days would be expected. That'd put them not too far off from the 3rd goal. It'd be pretty surprising if the 2nd stretch goal wasn't met at this point.
  6. The first stretch goal is only 15k away, it's almost certain to be met. The 2nd stretch goal looks probable too. With a big end surge the 3rd goal might even be in play.
  7. Less than 5k away now. The stretch goals even beyond the first one are a possibility now.
  8. The project's had another big surge thanks to MangaGamer, that first stretch goal is looking pretty likely now.
  9. Yep, and we haven't even found the project's baseline yet as daily funding continues to decrease every day. Hopefully these changes to the tiers give the project a boost because right now it's not doing enough to get to a place where the end of project surge will get it over the funding goal. It's not doomed, but Sekai Project needs to make some moves.
  10. $88 per backer isn't as high as some other VN Kickstarters. It's not something to be concerned about.
  11. It's still doing over 2k a day. With 20k to go and 10 days left and Kickstarters almost always get a big push at the end that resembles the opening days. There's no chance of this failing anymore.
  12. It is essentially funded with the way Kickstarters work. If they didn't gain another penny until the last few days the end of project surge would still put them over. The real question is if it will reach the stretch goal.
  13. Now we're just left with the bad taste of a Kickstarter project doing poorly.
  14. Dengeki Stryker is actually good, well most of the routes.
  15. You say that as if Goo doesn't do good work, but Himawari has quite the following. I kinda want this more, lol. Also, speaking of in-house translations, Conjueror recently stated he was contracted by a Japanese company to work directly with them on a VN translation, and he has previously worked with FW and MangaGamer on Himawari. Coincidence... ? He said the title he is working on is rated at over 80 on EGS, and Island is unreleased.
  16. According to Doddler (the original source for that)
  17. There are hidden routes and endings, but there aren't very many choices so it's easy to find them. Just make sure you watch the tutorial a bunch.
  18. The fan translators chose to do this of their own volition and accept paid official work. I'm not sure what grounds there are to criticize this, the people doing the work made this decision. Blaming MangaGamer also seems pretty misguided.
