Hey everybody! I'm Meat_Bun1. Pleased to meet you all! I have been reading VNs since the summer of 2014. My first VN was Katawa Shoujo. I am currently reading ef - a fairy tale of the two. When I'm not reading VNs or gaming, I program or practice violin. I recently found out about the whole FTL process and am excited to be helping out.

I would guess that it is for consistency. I have no actual knowledge of translation, but from what I have read, Japanese has lots of nuances that different people may translate differently. This in turn may affect how the editors and translation checkers interpret it. If you do take more than one translator, communication is essential. That is my take on this topic anyway. While I'm here, I can offer help as an editor if you need one.

I am good with computers although I have not done any hacking yet, but I am willing to learn if the need arises. No yaoi (yuri is fine) I would prefer not to have horror or excessive sexual content although psychological horror is probably okay.

I can help as an editor. I also have some programming/web experience so I could possibly help maintain the site. I would need more details on that though.
