It seems like Tyranobuilder has a good UI and they said it was intuitive so learning the language shouldn't be that hard. They have their own Scripting Language (TyranoScript?) that's supposed to be for VNs so I think you can learn it with some effort. Or there are some free and willing people here that can do it for you. I'm pretty sure I've seen some people here that should know programming or something. At the very least you have the willingness to do it and you said you can write. I assume that you already have an idea of the story or something so it should be a something of a start. If you want some quality work, like from artists for character sprites/background/etc. then you might need to pay since the good ones are usually on commission. I'd like to say that I can help you with editing/proofreading but it seems you're already good enough to do that. Also, I don't really have that much free time in the future. I'm not sure if I can help you with anything at all but I'm rooting for you. Go and say what you honestly think about your skills. People would likely join if they see that you're quite capable. Maybe throwing in some achievements might help since they are proof that you can do something.

Wow everyone's reading Ikikoi. Well it's bound to have people despise dislike it because of the verbal abuse. While the game itself is kinda bad for multiple reasons, it's still a good break from all those serious stories. Eika's route: Still reading Koichoco. I'm still at a point where I can't bring myself to read it for 8 hours everyday like most of the VNs I read. Maybe it's just not really my taste, which is surprising since I enjoy those slice of life school life VNs and that's the image I have of Koichoco right now. Weird.

I'm also part chinese, so my favorite time of the year as a child was celebrating Chinese New Years~ you get free money from older people & elders. You're required to give them some kinda of well-meaning wish (ex: "Happy New Years, may your business thrive, may you forever remain in good health, and may you also get whatever you desire this year.") and in return, they give you a red envelope with money inside . The sucky thing... is that when you're older, you'll have to be the one giving money to all the little kiddos xD.

I found that adaptation rushed and didn't really do the VN justice. I'm sure I'm not the only one thinking this since people are saying that "12 episodes are too long for them to not mess up". The following adaptations of the trilogy was better, or so I've heard so people are saying that it's "too short to mess it up". Really, people just can't be satisfied with what they get. I dropped the adaptation early on since I was dissatisfied with what I was getting then. I haven't read the VN for Steins;Gate but I loved the anime. It was a real good thriller and one that kept me coming back in looking for anime when I was still starting up the hobby. As for Utawarerumono, I only finished the VN. The gameplay was okay and so was the story. Not really awesome but not bad either. Maybe above average? I already have the full series downloaded but I'm not having any motivation to watch it so far. I was satisfied with what I got in the VN then.

I was waiting for someone to actually say this one. Yeah this is the reason why I won't push this one too much and just leisurely suggested it. I also finished the VN in 5 days, not a big feat, the first route is big, but the other routes are shorter. Definitely true when you're not that fond of what you're doing. So maybe in the end it's just personal preferences with a little bit of habits and a lot of personal drive.

It's quite a good advertisement of the source material tho. There are a lot of people who discover VNs as a medium while looking up where the source material came from. Like Clannad, a lot of people love the story so they research about it a bit. And yeah Majokoi was pretty much a normal anime-fied(?) VN. Far from being a cut above the rest but not really bad either.

I go with the dark theme because my name means black it's easier in the eyes when reading in the dark. I usually have my lights off if I'm just reading. Yeah I know my eyes will go bad but it's already bad. I'm already wearing glasses~

When are you getting your pc back to action? Don't worry, there would me more requests soon and the two of us can't really hog them all. I've already set up a limit for myself so I can't (even if I wanted to, both in stamina and this) take all the requests.

The game was labeled 30-50 hours on VNDB and assuming that it's the maximum 50, it's spending 10 hours a day. You either have a lot of free time or you have enough passion to make time for it. Well the game was really great so I could burn my time like that if I can. #ProCoffee No hate for coffee please.
