I don't know. As a series, yeah, I prefer Ace Attorney over DanganRonpa. But as a single game, I like DanganRonpa 2 as much as I like Gyakuten Kenji 2 (AAI2), which is my favorite AA. (even if it's a spin-off)

What are you saying? Everything is in Zestiria like it should be, nothing to do with Berseria. What you're calling "spoiler" is just the fact that we know the future because Berseria is before Zestiria. -
It's me again! So, I've been busy these past few days so I didn't continue, but after 'finishing' (Only Takehaya's part) Haruka ni Aogi, Uruwashi no, in my journey of reading his works, I decided my next target would be Okiba ga Nai! (https://vndb.org/v3098) So, here's the question: Being an Akabei Soft2 VN, I'm guessing the reading difficulty is higher, but how much? Could you compare it with Haruka ni Aogi, Uruwashi no that you said is of the "second level'? EDIT: While I'm at it, how about Akatsuki Works VNs?

Ok, I'm sorry for trying to be smarter than I am by trying to be sarcastic. You typed "Tales of" instead of "Trails of", so I made fun of it by creating the series "Tales of Kiseki". Then Tiago made a serious answer, which killed the thing. But I still tried my best, and invented Vesperia no Kiseki, but in the end, there is still no comment. Anyway, for the serious answer, Tales of Vesperia is my favorite because it's my first Tales of. If you have a xbox360, play it! (Or in japanese for the PS3 version. There is a fantranslation for the entire game) I never played any game of the Trails (Kiseki) series because I'm waiting to be proeficient enough in japanese to play the Evolution versions on Vita. (Sora, Zero and Ao) So yeah, won't be before long.

But my favorite is Vesperia no Kiseki, though.

Is this game part of the Tales of Kiseki series?

It's written by Takehaya, of course it's good! <This person is a Takehaya fanboy. Also, the fact that Miyabi and Lida kind of resemble Theia and Ruth from Rokujouma no Shinryakusha!? (Which is my favorite Light Novel, also written by Takehaya) made me like them even more. So I'm kinda biased, don't know if I would have liked it this much if it wasn't written by Takehaya, or if I never read Rokujouma.

Just finished Miyabi's route in Haruka ni Aogi, Uruwashi no. Damn, that was TOO good. I don't want to read the other routes now... My only complaint about the route is that: Also, Miyabi and Lida feel like Theia and Ruth prototypes from Rokujouma. Now I want to reread all the moments with them again.
-
Yeah, I thought so. Oh well, I'm reading Haruka ni Aogi, Uruwashi no right now, so I'll see if I'll read it or not after that.
-
I want to read the True Route so much, but I don't want to start the VN from the beginning again. (I did the routes with Takeshi, but for reasons I had to stop, and I never continued since then. It's been a little over 1 year now) Is it totally necessary to have fresh memories of the routes, or reading summaries is fine?

But he isn't wrong about the spoilers. You should at least use the spoiler tags, like this: -
Danganronpa 3: The End of Hope's Peak Academy (Future & Despair)
Riku replied to Eclipsed's topic in Anime/Manga Talk
The two animes are made to be watched at the same time. You start with Future side episode 1, then Despair side episode 1, then Future 2, then Despair 2, etc... -
Playing Koiken Otome, and damn, I can't get into it. It's not bad, and I rather like the characters, but it's just boring. I think I'm becoming apathetic when it's too standard. When I'm not invested enough in the characters and the story doesn't move too much, I just can't get into it. (And I didn't even read that much VNs...) The problem is that, if I stop now, I'll never get back to it again... *sigh* Guess I'll just skip sentences here and there, finish it quickly, and be done with it.

Danganronpa 3: The End of Hope's Peak Academy (Future & Despair)
Riku replied to Eclipsed's topic in Anime/Manga Talk
That's totally it. I mean, be serious guys, on what planet blood is red? It should be pink. I'm sure as hell it's ketchup. -
Yeah, I exagerated a little. People complained there were too much H scenes in the Branch routes, but it's compared to the Main School routes. So yeah, it's "normal". Well, I want to read it for the Main School routes, so I'll do that first, then if I'm in the mood for it I'll also read Yuna's route. (Blonde with glasses, I saw a review where it say that she has the best route with Miyabi)
-
Oh yeah, I'm planning to read it soon, but are the branch school routes worth it in Haruka ni Aogi? I mean, the main reason I want to read it is because I'm a Takehaya fan boy (Love Rokujouma) and most of the reviews I saw said that the Main School routes are goods (Takehaya) but the Branch ones are more of a Nukige (the other writer). Don't know when I'll read it, though. I want to read it since May/Jun, but I always do something else... I didn't read KokoNatsu either... (my previous post)

White Album 2 - the never gonna be finished translation
Riku replied to Gumi's topic in Recommendations
Well, that's a little unfair. Baka-Tsuki is just a site where you can post your translation, not a translation group. So the translation quality depend of who is the translator. But I can only vouch for Rokujouma's translation, being the only novel I compared the Japanese text and the English translation. There is a few things (nothing is perfect), but the translation is rather good (from what I compared). Anything translated by js06 or Teh-Ping shouldn't be bad either. Anyway, everything on Baka-Tsuki isn't MTL, so even if the translation of a novel is bad, it's not necessarily the case for the others. EDIT: Well, after looking at the page of Fate/Zero, it seems the translation was made from Chinese. Don't know if it's really MTL, but just being Japanese > Chinese > English impact the text. -
Don't know if you guys read Web Novels in japanese, but the latest chapters of Nagai Koto were so GOOD and FUN to read. Particulary the latest (Chapter 92). While I'm here, Rokujouma is still awesome.

You should read the manga of Jitsu wa, it's comedy gold. Also, Asahi and Youko are going out together in the manga.

Some Useful Tools to Help Read Manga/Books in Japanese

Glad you like it. I didn't know that someone took the project over, so I'm still using the v1.0, but it's enough to just use the automatic clipboard function. -
Some Useful Tools to Help Read Manga/Books in Japanese
Riku replied to Nosebleed's topic in General Discussion
Personally, I use TA coupled with Translation Assistant to read Web Novels. That way I just need to copy the entire chapter and paste it on a new file : I recommand the "One Sentence per Line" option to have better parsing. Then thanks to translation assistant, it keeps one sentence at time in the clipboard, and you just need to go to the next one : Tried JGloss, but I prefer TA. I wonder if someone knows what WN I used for the example? -
Yeah, Pascal is amazing. Even though I prefer her japanese voice, her english voice is really good. (or at least, I like it)

Replaying Tales of Graces ƒ en NG+. A LOT more fun than my first run. I can now play on Chaos difficulty, I'm proud of myself. x) (played on Normal then Easy on my first run, shame on me) I'm trying to be a little more throughout, and in fact, I'm mid-game and I just passed what it took me to finish the game on my first playthrough. (33h for the main part, and 42h with L&L) Wasn't that hyped when I decided to play again (didn't like the story as much as the other Tales of, and wasn't that good with the gameplay), but now I regret nothing! Also, perhaps it's because I'm playing it now, but I think Graces ƒ skits are the funniest of the series!
