What the title says! I have played very few visual novels and I'd like to know which heroines everyone here loves! Within the few I played, my favorite is Benio from Coμ. I loved her resolve to act based on justice. Everything in that game was too dark to me, but I kept reading just because of her. Her route also ended on a nice note, albeit not as happy as I'd like it to be. What about you?

I'm Yoake. A friend directed me to this forum a few months ago, but I've only found the time to enter it now. I'm super new to visual novels and to anime, so I hope you treat me well. What I love the most are heartwarming stories. Specially romantic or heroic ones with an active protagonist. I'm not fond of depressing ones. I'm also interested in otome games, but I don't know much about them. If it's not too much trouble, I would love to get a few recommendations from you.
