I think Kamidori's (obligatory) Main Heroine H-scenes are actually quite enjoyable, mostly because they have that "excessively romantic" feel about them that I tend to enjoy. I also enjoyed Katahane's H-scenes Nevermind that Katahane is my favorite VN ever...

Depends on the Kind of anime... But I'd go with false. I'm not interesting enough for something like that. Next person doesn't read partial patches for VNs. Instead, that person likes to wait until the complete patch is released...
