When I get to playing Time Traveler, I can tell you how hard the Japanese is in it.

Okay from looking through it, I'd consider it quite hard for someone starting out learning Japanese. Just because it has a lot of kanji (it does have furigana though). It's also scientific-ish so there are some complicated words, and cutscenes go by fast (but you can pause). Just from guessing, I'd say Intermediate level or above to be able to read and understand what's going on. Probably not a good beginners game.
