  1. Taking this AX thread a little bit back from the dead (sorry), because we launched the teaser site for one of the projects we announced there, Momoiro Closet: http://www.frontwing.jp/product/morokuro/en/ Not a lot of info yet, I know, but more will come soon!
  2. Yesterday a preview of the Kickstarter campaign for physical goods (launching next Monday) went live! https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/frontwing/1178428395?token=1e9535f7 Comments are appreciated :3
  3. Preorders for vol.3 started today! So, uh, I'll just... leave this here, just in case someone is interested... https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/preorders-for-grisaia-phantom-trigger-vol-3-anime-japan--2#/
  4. If by "coming to Europe" you mean being sold physically in retail stores (please correct me if I'm wrong!), the answer is no, sorry Also, please keep in mind that the Grisaia Complete Box contains a lot of physical merchandise so it's quite big both in size and weight, which increases shipping costs (to be more specific, it weighs over 2kg, so that makes EMS the cheapest shipping method available and that's what we choose). There's not much we can do about that and taxes... Phantom Trigger is still a work in progress with vol.3 & 4 currently in the works, so if we included only the first two volumes it wouldn't be really "complete"!
  5. Rescuing this thread back from the dead to share the last update! A lil' bit of info about the translation team and more: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/tokyootakumode/re-sharin-no-kuni-project/posts/1852952
  6. International shipping will be available, so the answer is yes!
  7. @Soulvnovel About the Grisaia Complete Box, right now an English version is currently in the works (it will start production after all the rewards from the original Grisaia campaign have been fulfilled, aside from the Vita version) and it's available for pre-order on the BackerKit for Grisaia: Phantom Trigger. When production is completed, it will be available in limited quantities for direct sale. Right now there are no plans for an English Vita version complete box, but the main trilogy games will eventually be available individually on the Vita.
  8. Personally, I like stories (in general, not only in VNs) with a comedic and slice-of-lifey start that makes me get attached to the characters and then a change for a more serious/dramatic tone. My feelings for the characters would be stronger that way and it'll affect me more and make me get deeper into the drama and the story overall. Of course, it needs to be done properly, because if not the change between comedy and seriousness would be too cringe-y as Eirrir said.
  9. Forgot to say it but I finished New Danganronpa V3 a few days ago. Man, I cannot wait to see the reactions when the game gets released in English... the ending has completely split the Japanese fandom into two factions (and one of them is giving 1-star reviews at Amazon...).
  10. Still not sure if it's considered a VN or not, but got my PS Vita Danganronpa Ver. as a late Christmas present so starting New Danganronpa V3. ダンロン奴隷だよ~
  11. The wait is over aaand it's finally here! https://denpasoft.com/shop/the-labyrinth-of-grisaia-unrated/
  12. I approached KS with a very "meh" attitude and I found it much better than I expected (hype can really kill your enjoyment, so I generally try to avoid it), specially Hanako and Lilly. I admit Rin's very interesting from an objective standpoint, but I couldn't really get into her character (not my type), so I ended up preferring the two I mentioned before. I liked Emi as a character but found her route a little lackluster, and Shizune didn't even left an impression of me to be honest (I can't quite recall what happened in it, thought some years have passed already so it can be just that too). All in all, I think it's something you should read and get your own opinion about. It's not the best title out there, but it's iconic enough to deserve its own small place in this world IMHO.
  13. Just wanting to say that you're not alone with that one... it also affected me pretty badly. For me it'd have to be: Little Busters! Steins;Gate & Steins;Gate 0
  14. In the trailer they say it's an RPG specifically, so I assume the VN parts are something you unlock at certain levels and the room thing is just an extra to see your girls being cute and max their affinity levels and such. But as I say, those are just my assumptions (mainly based in Cinderella, that's how it works there and this looks pretty similar).
  15. Honorifics aside, I was a little bit bothered by some character coding errors I saw yesterday... more specifically, there's a foreign concept which has a vocal with an umlaut (an "ö") and it appears like 6 times in a conversation, but the ö was replaced by a ?. Looks like that concept will appear again in the future, so...
  16. And it has been unveiled: the name's Rewrite IgnisMemoria. https://rewriteim.jp/ Trailer: I must admit that it looks nicer than what I originally thought (sprite design & animation and the whole room thing looks really similar to Cinderella Girls: Starlight Stage but I don't know if I love or hate that since I'm an avid player). The VN part is probably just fanservice, but as long as they don't mess with the original plot it should be fine. And OMG that theme song by Maon Kurosaki.
  17. Steins;Gate 0 to the point of sleep deprivation. Playing blind as well and my first ending was the I also plan on keeping it blind until the end. Seems like the consensus is that it's not that difficult to complete it like this anyway.
  18. Not very excited about what seems to be another sociage (looking forward to artbooks collecting all the card images, though), so I'll save my moderate amount of hype for Summer Pockets instead.
  19. Mine's also coming from Amazon ES, should have it at home today according to DHL tracking! (funny that shipping from Spain > Italy and Spain > Japan takes almost the same amount of time ).
  20. I'm from Spain, so yes! I do my market research on all dialectal variations and Spanish-speaking countries, though.
  21. Hey, Frontwing's Spanish PR here! Answering your question, nope, I don't think there are many VN companies that are doing Spanish-oriented promotion. But since I joined the marketing team to support @SpeedBeatz and well, it's my native language after all, we're trying to measure (and expand if possible) the status of the Spanish-speaking scene. Which is pretty small as you said, but who knows what might happen in the future!
  22. After watching Rewrite anime and seeing the reactions in Japan, I'm actually convinced that a bad adaptation can even damage the reputation of the original material (Planetarian, however, worked better as far as I know, but I doubt they had the same expectations to start with). You can get away with a mediocre anime if you time it properly in order to boost people buying the VN. Doing a reboot at this time would not increase sales IMHO unless it was mind-blowingly great (and that means companies would need to invest a lot of cash on that, and that'd be a risky move), so I don't think so...
  23. Currently halfway through Harmonia. Part of me is a happy because the "big spoiler" was exactly what I hoped it'd be, but I'm also a little bit sad because it didn't surprise me... let's see how this ends. And I kind of expected it looking at the screenshots, but the translation, even though it's not bad, sounds a little bit mechanical (no pun intended) IMHO.
  24. The designs put me off a little bit at first but then it has become one of my favorite series. Please enjoy it!
  25. I liked previous works by him, but Kimi no Na wa. easily rised to my favorite. It wasn't only beautiful (as expected), characters and story were really good as well. Be aware of spoilers! (and getting a ticket to watch it was hell btw, it had a seriously aggresive marketing campaign and everyone and their mother wanted to watch it)
