Huh!! The way your wording it reflects the lack of skill of whoever is working on them.. In that regards.. Sekai Project has many titles in the "works." i believe some of them were announced back in 2015.. and are still in the "works" now..However all this is besides the point that i am making.. It doesnt matter if your title is in the works for years or decades even... as long as you release it on the day you said it would release..give or take a month as far as i see it.. 1 title gets delayed-- maybe some technical difficulties..its alright 2nd title also gets delayed.--- Hmm ok.. 3rd one also get postponed --- Kinda unreliable dont you think... 4th delayed.. complete loss of trust in the publisher.. as of now solpress has 2 titles that are delayed 1 over 4 months late and 2nd has been postponed indefinitely .. We are talking about consecutive delays here

i started of with Miyabi route on this.. Gotta say the Art style is fantastic.. its better than Sanoba Witch actually... The Sex Scenes Hmm i am kinda mixed on this.. some are good some boring.. The common route ones are definitely good... i stopped playing inbetween Miyabis route and started Sanoba Witch..

a couple of months back just after Newtons Release.. i was having good vibes of Solpress and offcourse Nekonyan.. The Tranlation of Newton was really good.. offcourse there was that movie playback issue but rest was perfect.. The VN itself was intriguing albeit a bit short .. I remember even mentioning in one of these threads that i am looking forward to both of these publishers future releases.. But then solpress just kept delaying their releases.. first the Sakura Sakura release date was uncertain.. so i was looking forward to yotsunoha.. then they even postponed that
-
Do you think people will trust a company who delays releases over months and yet announces new Titles..i really doubt that.. This is How i see it as a Buyer.. Solpress has released 1 VN (Which i actually bought and is quite good), Sakura Sakura which was supposed be be released over 4 months ago is still not out.. and then they even Postponed the release of Yotsunoha.. and now they just announced 4 more titles a kickstarter project at that and even go to conventions On the other hand Nekokonyan had Initially announced 5 titles... 2 of them have been released on schedule and the 3rd has already finished Translation.. inbetween they announced 2 new titles in partnership with another well known Chinese Publisher.. Now if (A big if) either one of them launch a kickstarter campaign..... Who would i feel confident to back on kickstarter....
-
Honestly Its like they are Mirroring SP Over months of Delays for existing Projects.. Yet Take on More new Projects.. Visit Conventions to Showoff.. And not show actual results.... Such a huge contrast to Nekonyan Where they dont make any new announcements until they actually release something.. Nekonyan doesn't actually even showoff that much Yet they deliver... AT this rate that kickstarter is gonna fail..

Uninstall your VN.. Go to the store page.. Click on the DLC to open the DLC store page.. click on Download..and from here on do as usual Or just go to their Shop and do it manually if uninstalling is not a thing for you.. its simple copy paste afterall

SRPG eroge Venus Blood Frontier to get an English Kickstarter

Its not the kickstarter but the bank which halts the transaction because any exchange in International currency is flagged as suspicious by default.. You just have to call the bank.. In my case i get a text as well as an email from HSBC saying that your transaction was flagged as being suspicious and was declined.. please contact xxxxx if your a phone banking customer or xxxxx for Credit card helpline... You just have to Call on those numbers they confirm if this is the right recipient you just say yes and the transaction goes through.. its a simple process -
mini-sequel? On VNDB i am seeing that the sequel is of 10-30 hours of length which is the same time frame as that of the base game..

Taken from vnmusings review of Sanoba Witch

Yea i want something light to read by light i mean something relaxing with few laughs here and there.... Definitely Not a nukige..I mean i will be reading inbeween gaming sessions in order to relax when i get back home from work..again in order to relax.. I usually read Nukige only when i feel like it..Plus from my impression of Sanoba Witch it has its fair share of sex scenes...5 per heroine if i am not wrong..
-
Yea unfortunately i can only buy one of these on release.. i have spent too much money getting AC OD GOLD and RDR2 SE
-
I bought 1 - many games this month and can only afford to buy one of these on release date. I am More inclined towards the former since Nekonyan is the publisher and Its a Yuzusoft title.. KoiKuma gives me Magical Marriage lunatics vibes and that one dint sit that well with me so there is also that

SRPG eroge Venus Blood Frontier to get an English Kickstarter

Wow I'm honestly surprised to see you guys here on these Forums.. Its a first time for me seeing such an active VN Dev.. Heres Hoping you guys succeed.. TBH i was actually skeptical about backing VBF at first.. i mean i had not heard of the Series before and i am not too much into SRPGs..but reading @sanahtlig blog changed my mind.. its always better to hear about a game from someone who has played it.. Best of luck to you guys.. Looking forward to playing this VN in the future. -
Love in Space and Sekai Project just added 18+ content as a free DLC on Shining song starnova's Steam store page..off course you need to follow the necessary norms in order to view and download it.. I think This is how most of the VN Devs/Pubs out there should go about releasing their VNs.. as Everyone gets satisfied.

i usually prefer JPVNs over EVNs unless EVNs have voice overs like ACE Academy, Crystalline etc..
-
Well it depends on the region you're from , For me its almost 50% cheaper on steam compared to their private storefront.. However last few VNs ive had to purchase them directly from the company since they were not releasing on steam due to all that approval fiasco. As far as Nekonyan goes i dont mind buying directly from their store since their VNs are guaranteed good.. but for those VNs that ive not heard off i would rather not take the risk.. more over i prefer local payment methods offered on steam in my region which even includes..Cash on Delivery .. But i mostly use Debit cards and local wallets..since my local wallet always has cash in it due to various cashback offers etc.. This is one of the main reason why sometimes people prefer steam
-
As far as i know only SP does that.. Mangagamer used to do it but they stopped and started giving out free patches..Plus my Opinion of SP is falling with their every release...if only they had not taken up those 2 yuzusoft VNs The main reason i prefer steam is because its regionally priced..and SP uncut patches sometimes cost more than the base game on steam
-
Well Negligee can be an example of how one can publish a Nukige on steam..like Tenioha..Tenioha has Vanilla sex and is way lighter than This VN which has Rape and Prostitution.. still it got the Go ahead after being properly reviewed.. However most companies like Nekonyan etc.. would prefer to release an All ages version.. and all the Adult Content as an extra DLC on the VNs store page..that way everyone gets what they want..without much hassle For someone who has chosen to allow adult content will get the DLC by simple choosing to Install it.. and for those who have filtered out adult content will get message like" 1 DLC hidden due to your preferences" and will be behind a warning wall like this
-
You need to take into consideration that steam is a global storefront..and not exclusive to Western Countries.. with this.. Chinese and Japanese and other Asian Developers can Publish their VNs on steam for their audiences as well.. you can already see so many Chinese Only VNs on steam if you search for it.. Monobeno etc.. Also Witcher 3 which has its fair share sexual content is not tagged as "Adults only" but rather "Nudity and sex" since even thou it has sex it doesn't actually show the explicit body parts like penetration etc.. This VN on the other hand shows everything and as a result is tagged under "adults Only".. Plus if you read their twitter post steam actually properly analysed their VN and gave them the full go ahead..its not like it was AI approved
-
Its finally starting to happen..hope its first of many to follow.. Twitter Post PS: I also noticed that steam doesn't allow you to open this VNs store page without logging in..its gives an error stating that to view this content you need to be logged into your steam account.. Interesting..but i am glad none the less

He's asking about Romance VNs and no one actually recommends Hatsukoi 1/1 , Hatsukoi , Koirizo , Wagamama High Spec. I mean these are actually Romance VNs and proper ones at that
