After finishing Kotori's route u get an additional option in the middle of the common route and just choose 'i like u' and ur in Amane's route for the rest of the VN just skip through from the beginning to that choice and read the few additional scenes in the common route(esp towards the end)

no common and Benio routes are separate however it will fill the same because in your first playthrough there is only one choice which will lead to 'Benio End' afterwards 2nd playthrough to 4th playthrough some additional choices will appear for the other 3 heroines(Ayaya,Hisoka and that loli girl) and after all four the true route will unlock(aka another new choice)
