  1. Are the both completely DRM-free? I didn't think that was the case, but if so that's awesome.
  2. I agree, but I still wish more VNs would hit GOG. It probably seems silly, but I'd be more likely to buy things knowing they'll allow me to burn or back up a copy and have laying around "just in case", rather than forever depending on Steam and my crummy internet service provider.
  3. What do you guys mean by worthless? He's just not good at anything? Am I alone in not really liking Grisaia no Kajitsu's protagonist? He's okay, but too many times I feel like he's being a pompous ass.
  4. I love the music in Ef: A Fairy Tale of the Two. I'm not really sure how to describe it. It feels peaceful but also filled with a underlying sadness or longing. Regardless, I really couldn't imagine it without the music. (Tenmon who did most of music, also worked with Makoto Shinkai on many of his films and The Place Promised in our Early Days and 5 Centimeters Per Second and have excellent soundtracks too.)
  5. Figures. I was hoping maybe someone here already had some experience making their own, but I'll probably just order some DVD cases and try my best at it. I'll still buy official ones sometimes, but it seems like some of the physical versions people are getting through kickstarter and stuff are so bare minimum and shoddy looking that they might as well be homemade anyway.
  6. I'd love to have everything physical, but I can't afford it. Especially, since there's so many out of print and that I missed the Kickstarters for and stuff. I've been thinking of trying to put together art and everything, burn copies, and make my own physical editions, but I'd have to learn how to use Photoshop or something. Is there any communities into that type of stuff like there are for regular games and movies? If there was something like thecoverproject, but for VNs I'd do it in an instant.
  7. Thank you guys! It will be nice to be able to talk about this stuff for a change. Visual novels always feel so underappreciated. Happy to be somewhere where that's not the case.
  8. Hi, I'm new here too! Is your Vita soft modded? If it is may I recommend Remember 11 and Ever17? They both have fan translated PSP versions and as you probably know Vita does a wonderful job playing PSP games. I actually started Remember 11 on my PSP and finished it on my Vita and I'm currently working my way through Ever17. They're very science fictiony and probably some of the closest things you'll get to Steins;Gate.
  9. Hi, I've enjoyed lurking fuwanovel and it's content for quite awhile now. I just always hate singing up for things, so only got around to making an account yesterday. I'm not into otome, boys love, or nukige, but I'll play pretty much anything else. Even though I'm still somewhat inexperienced with the format, I love visual novels and I can't picture my life without them. Anyway, I hope we get along and have fun together. P.S. I'm not really hot or that young. Sorry about that.
