Can't wait for it then, definitely highly looking forward to reading it, just for the sake of more Love Live and these amazing characters. I heard the character friendships and interactions are different than the anime. Honoka starts off friends with Rin, Hanayo, and Kotori from what I was told. And yay! The only song on Hard in the regular songs I don't have FC'd is Wild Stars (lol). I also S-ranked firs the first time that run as well and spent the 2k friend points. I was talking to my friend and said "Watch, no rare as usual" then the very first card was a rare (repeat Smile Hanayo that I already have idolized ._.). It was like the game wanted to prove me wrong.

I feel like I can FC this yet I get 4 goods, 3 bads, and a miss -.- I know every single note and I know I can hit them, then I mess up when they actually come. Being really tired both attempts definitely doesn't help. So, Nosebleed, you mentioned something about the Love Live manga, but now I can't remember what you said about it. Did you say a group is fantranslating it? Or am I remembering wrong?

Oh, wow, Kokukaku Biyori, Desu should be an easy FC for me. I got a 5-6 good run on my first attempt, which I blame on sleepiness since I just woke up from a nap. I first play the songs on all difficulties so I won't be attempting it again on Hard for a bit, since I have to wait another 4LP for normal then 25LP for Hard again. I'll get 1 more try before bed it seems.

I can't remember what I did, but I just set a sensitivity I felt I could be accurate with while still being fast without using too much wrist movement (my wrists aren't the best), and then I just got used to it. I think I had it set to 1.6, but the new raw input setting works extremely well for the game and wasn't there when I used a mouse. I haven't used a mouse in about a year, so I don't remember too well

Finally watched the last episode of Love Live. Such a good episode to such a wonderful season. I'm quick to cry, and it started when they started to sing Aishiteru Banzai. So many great Hanayo parts that episode too. Also, tried playing Kitto Seishun ga Kikoeru twice, first time I got 1 good at the beginning, then 2nd attempt I got 1 bad and 1 miss on the final layer attacking thing, which I normally always hit every single time. I'm not allowed to FC songs frequently. As for the power affects, it's kinda like me and osu. I used to disable combo bursts because they messed me up, but now I have then enabled after getting better. Maybe I'll do the same for this game too.

Well, that first attempt at mapping came off as a disaster, Yume said it was pretty bad (without using those words). So I guess it's back to the beginning for me If I pay for supporter once, will I keep access to my userpage, or does it go away/lose access to it after the supporter runs out?

I'm definitely on the lower end of the skill spectrum here, I tried Soldier Game when I woke up, and for my 2nd attempt I survived with 10 stamina, and the 3rd attempt right after was 8 stamina. My team has 33 stamina to it...

Dunno how good of a map it will be, but I'm trying! I'll talk to Yume next time they're on to get some tips. That's when you hope you had taken a lot of screenshots in the past like I did. I have my first ever SS screenshotted along with so many random other things. I just noticed the patch notes for the PP algorithm says that aim is being taken slightly less into account and accuracy more. Well, that screws me over, a person who practices his aim over all else.

Soldier Game is intense... I got through with 15 stamina left, and I was actually fearing if it continued I would actually fail. Agreed that the singles to doubles were too confusing for first attempts.

I started working on my first ever beatmap for fun. I don't know if it will be up to standards (I've never ever done this before), but I'm attempting one for Yume if they want to accept it. I don't mind either way, since this is fun just seeing something I made appear before me for such a good song. Made for Normal since Yume's map set is missing a Normal difficulty.

I FINALLY FC'd SOMETHING

Overdramatic as in blown out of proportion. That's just the way I felt (probably just the "complexity behind trivial things" you mentioned earlier).

It's not like it's overly long, but you do have to repeat the same few weeks to get to actual routes. So far I've done Minase and Tomoyo's routes, granted I didn't care that much about Minase's part in the anime, I liked Tomoyo's route but it was overly dramatic (I know I used overly *now* three times in this post, but whatever).

I personally loved the anime so I tried out the VN, and the common route bored me and I'm a huge fan of slice of life stuff in general. It just felt lackluster.

I didn't bother leveling up all the spares I got, I just sacrificed them to level up other rares, and now I'm actually leveling up abilities with these repeats. My next 10+1 is going to have so many repeats since I have more than 2/3 of the rares idolized and all but 2 of the rares overall.

That's a lot of SRs. And yeah, it is a little disappointing since your smile team is weaker, though you are still way better off overall than most people. I have 1 SR Smile and 1 SR Cool from my first draw, the SR Umi from the event, and 1 SR Pure from my 2nd draw. I'm really hoping my 3rd draw isn't disappointing.

^Only one? I just got my SR for my Pure team, which I didn't have before (didn't participate in Kotori event from beginning and failed song like 15 times on hard) And this just happened. Again.

After the Nico event will be a guaranteed SR or UR card. SRs are Rin and Umi, UR is Kotori.

That Nico card is so awesome it's going to be painful to not want to spend love gems to get top 1000. The competition is going to be fierce though, since Nico has a bigger fanbase than Umi (I think). I'll just gauge it on the last couple days whether or not I want to and how many Love Gems I have. If I have to spend more love gems than what allows me to do the 10+1 when the Rin SR comes out, I'm not spending any on the Nico event. I have 40 love gems right now.

I can agree with this. I thought S1 was okay, and really didn't like S2. I just contributed it to the fact the anime went all action-y and my general distaste of Miku (she honestly ruined the season overall for me)

These daily songs are intense. And here I though Kokukaku Biyori, Desu was difficult o.o

What episode are you on? The good part of the anime is episode 8 and on.
