Hm... If you're not really finding it adorable, it probably doesn't get any better (the manga probably isn't too different from the anime, either). It's not like it grows more serious or any less shoujo or the couple doesn't stop tip toeing around each other even in the relationship... It's the kind of relationship where they both blush if they hold hands, I guess. Just generally kinda a feel-good shoujo manga.

False. As an Onee-chan, I prefer Onee-chans. Next person is up really late past their bed time and has to do something in the morning...

It sounds like in Tsubaki's chapter, But none of us have played the game in a while, right? ...So I can't give an informed opinion and just stated there are many plot holes in G-senjou...

I am bare bones, so I might just answer the questions... Although I will say that forums are interesting things, considering I'm not open with my anime, fujoshi or vn habits in real life. You get to know that right from the get-go, in exchange for not knowing the other sides of me most people get to on first meetings. 1) Do you feel your avatar represents a part of your personality? Yes, I constantly read everyone's posts like ._. . Is what I wanna say, but I'm actually a passionate person, so probably not. Represents my sense of humour a little? I thought it was a funny face. Other avatars I choose 'cause they're cute... in a chibi or animal way. Or a chibi-animal way. When I first joined, I had an avatar of the VN I played last, and I intended to keep up that system, but I take too long to read these things... 2) Do you feel your identity is acknowledged and known on forums (either here or other forums)? Is this just asking me if I think people say "hey, it's Lambda" when I post...? Because maybe a quarter of them might.... I have no idea what kind of legacy I'm leaving, though. Well, fujoshi first and foremost, right? If we're talking about who I truly am on the inside, no one knows me well enough for that or anything. 3) How well do you honestly feel you know other people on forums? Probably about as well as they know the true me i.e. not a whole lot. I don't skype with anyone or anything, so it's harder because they're only getting what I choose to tell them, which are my opinions on very narrowly defined subjects that I'm alright with submitting an opinion on. There are numerous topics I could contribute to everyday, but don't because I don't wanna go there.

Pardon some things, i haven't read that novel in a long while

First route is based on personality. Typically, my favourite heroes/heroines are the ones that develop the most and in interesting ways, but my second option is if they have good chemistry with the protagonist. Then it's their personality, and admittedly I have a few types that have the potential to override the first two points anyway...

So Haru mistaking Kyouhei for Kyousuke is a possibility but I think it is unlikely given the fact that two other people are there and i think they could tell difference between a nineteen year old and a twenty nine year old. I believe that Haru wouldn't mistake Kyouhei for someone else, for example

What are your thoughts about VN Playthroughs/Lets Plays?
Lambda replied to kevspacec's topic in Visual Novel Talk
I don't mind reading playthroughs and actually started playing vns that way when my parents kept a close watch on my computer activity and wouldn't let me download anything. I don't see that much of a difference if there's no commentary to actually reading it yourself, especially if there are few choices/I'd use a walkthrough anyway. But for those purposes, commentary is annoying. I skip videos with commentary. It's generally alright for testing games without taking up space on my laptop/going through all the steps to download them, especially if it's really short or infamously horrible to install.- 14 replies

Charage, otomege and Other for chuunige. What one I like most depends on my mood, mainly, what I actually feel like playing and whether I feel like fist pumping or squeeing....

Mitsuru the Queen is my choice 10/10 would be her. I strive to be as strong as she is... Goals. Naoto and Fuuka come close, but the topic is about Best Girl, not Best Girls. That would be cheap! Best Guy is Ryoji without question. Second is Theo tied with Teddie, then Shinjiro... P3's guys are helped by the fact that P3P lets you date them, so... I did also love Adachi and Kanji.

I actually play, too, I shall confess since there are a few beginners around... I got up to Normal difficulty for most songs but can only FC about half the ones I have... I play with a Mouse + Keyboard. Here's my profile, if anyone's curious: https://osu.ppy.sh/u/4844153 . Does anyone have any tips for spinners? And getting the notes after them? And then playing stuff on Hidden or Double Time? ...Those are my most troublesome areas right now, although any general tips you have to get better (other than the obvious practice) would be appreciated, too! (Sorry if anyone's answered this stuff before, there are 81 pages to this thread...)

Yeah, I've definitely felt like that, when I was in school over the summer for the third term in a row. I was able to gain actual enjoyment out of my hobbies and feel like I did something by changing the non-hobby parts of my life - basically, I felt better after exams were over and I started working/had a week's vacation.

Koestl tweeted about this a bit. "Sakurai's anime title is "Kerneter of the Shadows" or something similar. Refers to the Egyptian underworld. I'm fairly confident about that because Nephren-Ka, lovecraft's "Black Pharoah," is one of the characters depicted." ( https://twitter.com/koestl/status/549233019232714753 ; I'm fairly confident about that because Nephren-Ka, lovecraft's "Black Pharoah," is one of the characters depicted — koestl (@koestl) ). Lovecraft references again. Very Sakurai. The character designs are pretty, too. I'm wondering about how her style would translate to the screen, considering her main draw is her flourishing language. I think an episodic story is perfect for Sakurai - it's what she normally writes anyway!

Skip fast, skip to next choice... those are nice. I also cut of the voices a lot, so voices in the backlog are valuable resources! If we're talking about features in VNs in general and not necessarily during gameplay, I'll name something I really like in VNs: music menus you can actually listen to like playlists. Like, you can listen to a particular song as many times as you like by clicking the repeat button once. And then it can move on to the next song if you click the repeat playlist button. So far I've only read Da Capo II and Fate/Stay Night with that great of a music menu, though.

Hairstyles affect my initial judgement of how attractive the characters are. On girls, it's long black hair mainly, although it doesn't have to be Haru long; beyond shoulder-length is fine. Mainly single-ponytail and not put up. Twin tails are a negative factor. Hats are okay if they're cute enough, and I love baseball caps myself so although I haven't really seen a heroine with one, I'd totally understand. On guys, short hair definitely. Short hair, a little spiky, any colour. Less preference there, I guess.

Pokemon: Alpha Sapphire, Tales of the Abyss 3DS, Yoshi's New Island, and the first Pheonix Wright game... at the same time... No, it's not smart, but I never called myself smart, okay? (Basically I got 3/4 of them for Christmas and can't resist trying them...)

White Christmas is also a movie. It's a pretty common term outside of anime/manga, at least I thought it was... Everyone also speculates about whether it's going to be a white Christmas, or mutter that it's gonna be a white Christmas, or this winter sigh with relief because no snow! Green Christmas! ...Yeah, according to the weather network there won't really be snow in my area. Less than 1cm where I'm going. Even less where I live. This will be the first green Christmas I can actually remember... and one of the few my mom can remember since she came to Canada twenty-five years ago! ...I don't even live that far North...

Oh! Thanks! Depending on the price I'll consider getting it then~

Do you mean the people talking about the kickstarter or the kickstarter material? Because I'd expect sekai project to be a little biased...

I know? I was asking for any opinions, and i knew the first part came out already so I was wondering if anyone played it in Japanese and found it good?

Pledged $120! Looking forward to this! ...Admittedly, I don't care about the stretch goals too much, but it's a good price for three games, so.... How good is Chiruchiru Michiru? Does anyone know...?

I own Fate/Extra because my Fate fangirl is hard to stop. Finished it with Saber, near the last boss with Archer, saved Caster for last. It's hard to dispute the fact that it's glorified rock-paper-scissors which requires quite a bit of level grinding to be comfortable with the bosses.... But it's pretty fun in its own way. Archer's path is full of references to Fate/Stay Night which are great! The characters in general are cool, over-the-top.The music is pretty great, too. Especially the noble phantasm music for the player's servants. Those are my general opinions. I'll think better later maybe.

Anime movies, and then my dad's watched episodes of Darker than Black and Full Metal Panic! because I was watching them in the family room on the big tv. I kinda want him to watch more of FMP!... he was in the army, he might find it even more amusing? Anyway, he didn't finish either of them. Darker than Black left him with the deep impression "anime is complicated"....
