  1. I swear, for a second you convinced me that it was today. Wouldn't be the first time I forget the exact date... Wew, thanks though
  2. +1 I mean, in which way was that an unexpected result?
  3. "not bad" is a 7 or 8? Dang boi
  4. I've heard some nice shit about Hinamatsuri... so I'll give it a try and see what's what.
  5. Long Long Man is a true hero.
  6. Good god, I just discovered this. Truly beautiful, a work of mankind's true ingenuity.
  7. I'm just tolerant of other cultures!
  8. She is, for the Ainu people
  9. First time for me, too. Also, Asirpa is really great.
  10. I think so. The anime manages to strike an impressive balance between story and action. There's never too much of either, and we even get some chill scenes around.
  11. Well, no idea what you're watching (apart from Steins;Gate 4), but what I'm following is: Golden Kamuy Darling in the FranXX Hozuki no Reitetsu (S1 was better) Megalo Box Comic Girls (3/4 great 1/4 crap) Isekai Izakaya (pretty bad, but does remind me of better shows)
  12. Classic Japan, lol. Do you mean of this season?
  13. I mean, we all know that this is how the Japanese reproduce. They eat a ton and split in 2. Only sterile people get fat.
  14. Ah, good ol' Japan with Comic Girls 9. Of course you had to go with the whole "thin girl gains 1 Kg, immediately becomes obsessed about being a disgusting pig" schtick. The whole conclusion to Koyume's arc is appallingly stupid, too. She accepts and concedes to being "not skeletal" as a sacrifice, to be able to focus on her manga, like it's some horrendous curse. And she ends up losing weight due to "concentrating very hard", a cheap solution for the anime. Why do the hurt us so @ittaku?
  15. Having followed Matt Colville (and his youtube channel) for quite a while, I finally decided to read his books (having just gained access to Kindle Unlimited), Priest and Thief. They ended up being exactly as I had expected from a D&D DM. The writing's a bit amauterish sometimes, but the worldbuilding is absolutely amazing. All in all, I've really liked them, and can't wait for the third book, Warrior, to come out. Today I've begun reading Free the Darkness (King's Dark Tidings Book 1), as I continue to exploit my free 30 days of Kindle Unlimited.
