Yea, actually chinese to english should be more direct in terms of sentence structure, there's also a lower chance that the machine translator will misinterpret terms. But Hatsuyuki Sakura's chinese translation does suffer from a couple of errors here and there, shouldn't be a big deal though.

Yea, haruki is frequently bashed as an adult with the brains of a middle schooler, he's basically made to be immature and indecisive. Had the plot been a little more realistic, he'd be netorared long ago, i mean seriously, the author's forcing both girls to go after him, heck even Gatsby had a lot more appeal. In general, go for an H97/C226 platform + E3-1231/41/46 V3, 2x 8GB, 250GB SSD + 2x 2TB HDD, if not, go a step higher and get an X99 + i7-4820K/E5-2630 V3 + 2x 8GB DDR4. My entry level workstation was built with a $700 budget for RTL Design and OpenCL computing purposes.
