I Recommend Hagure Yuusha no Aesthetica. Although it doesn't have much loli characters i think, but the protagonist is probably the best protagonist you will ever find in any manga/anime/visual novel/light novel. He is probably the definition of Perfect protagonist (Postively) imo.

The art matters to me. The visual novel with the worstest art that i've played is Sengoku Rance. But the overall of the game, makes me give it a a pass. Although the no voice kinda piss me off, until the game draws my addiction and later on i never noticed about the voice.
