Yep, yellow is so fucking hard. You can not even catch any pokemon that can deal shit to brock's onix. IIRC I just use a buffer rattata to screech and use pikachu's slam to deal damage. It's boring if it's played alone but when you have friend who you can trade then completing the pokedex is a challenge. I remember I have gold, my cousin bought silver and some of my neighbors have the older versions + crystal so we dupe our pokemon and trade :3. Yes, we had a link cable back then.

My Anime List -.- God, how did I forgot about it. Yep, MAL is one of the best sites when it comes to OVAs, episode numbers and alike. There is also a web app that gathers recommendations for you based on how you are the different animes you have watched. The only downside is, listing all the animes you have watched and rating them is a pain so better start asap.

You can probably try Steve's site Also liking different fan pages in facebook helps. You can also look if the series you are looking for has an official fan page or whatsoever.
