  1. So, I have to present this to the whole classroom on 05/11. It's a work about Kosovo War. I'm usually experienced with this kind of work as I often just use PowerPoint. But the thing is: it has to be creative. The teacher said we would lose points if we just show up with the usual PowerPoint work. I have no idea how can I be creative in this project. Can anyone give me some ideas? It doesn't matter if it's a PowerPoint work, but we need to add something creative to it.
  2. But you said "hope this will be as good"
  3. You can't judge a game only by its common route. I also found Clover Day's common route excellent, but that doesn't really matter for me. I don't care if the game has an awesome common route (of course it's a plus, but still...), if they mess up with the heroines' routes, they've ruined the whole VN for me. And even if the common route is awful, if the heroines' routes are amazing I would call it an excellent VN. The main plots of Clover Day's are in the heroines' routes. You can't say it's a good VN based on the common route that served only to introduce the characters and give us some backstory.
  4. Lucia's route wasn't that much about nature.
  5. I've successfully hooked the ITH to the game, and selected the right text, but it isn't showing up in Translation Aggregator. What have I done wrong?
  6. What's the problem with the ending? Aside from the wedding scene, it was the only good moment of the route.
  7. Hm... I don't think Steins;Gate routes should be measured like normal routes. All of them were short (Suzuha was the shortest, but still...) and they were kind of different. They wouldn't have a value outside of the VN as a whole. This is bad, but at least it had focus in Sakuya, instead of having almost no focus and wasting time with useless stuff (*cough*Ageha's route from Konosora*cough*)
  8. I didn't dislike Terra Route because it was bittersweet, it's because it didn't add much to Rewrite. They could've explored the characters a lot more, but instead they just chose a big route to "end" the plot and to give us a little more information about Guardian. It was just too superficial for me. It wasn't better than Shizuru's route. I think you mean "claim it was worse than Shizuru's route", right? Shziuru's route was A LOT better than Terra. It was my second favorite route from Rewrite. (Lucia's is my all-time favorite route). Shizuru's route had good romance, good drama, and it didn't lack focus. It had nothing wrong.
  9. I think my 4th worst route would be Terra Route from Rewrite, also because it was a true route and it still managed to be the worst route of Rewrite. (All the others were a lot better).
  10. My top three from the worst to the least bad: 1. Ageha's route from Konosora: The heroine almost never appeared (always running and making short appearances). Other characters appeared too much with no relation to the focus of the route (if it really had any focus). Pointless conversations and too much of the glider (seriously, i hate when the plot takes too much from the routes if it's a character-driven story. The plot was already explored in the common route, WHY does it have to steal so much time from the heroines' routes?!). Almost no "real" romance and mostly ichaicha. This route had basically everything I hate in a route. 2. Chisato's route from Koichoco: Okay, there was ichaicha, but I didn't have problem with it, since there was some good romance too. The two main problems were the high amount of pointless conversation unrelated to the route focus and too much of the plot. The heroine's problem was known by the protagonist since the beginning (and I consider this a bad thing because there's no "revelation" part that I like) and it ended in the middle of the route, with just a little epilogue in the end about it. All the rest was plot-related. Oh, and I can't forget about the forced and unnatural drama. 3. Kotori's route from Konosora: Basically, the same thing of Ageha's route, but the heroine had more appearances and those flaws were not so intense as they were in Ageha's.
  11. Always. But I don't read multiple routes at the same time (didn't know people did this). I watch multiple animes at the same time, multiple tv series, read multiple books, multiple books and so on. VNs same thing.
  12. Hm... I wonder what Heikiru/Hikaru route will be like, because Heikiru felt like the main heroine, even if it was Anzu. Seriously, almost all the plot there was in the common route was about her (but Anzu got some too, and the other heroines nothing? They completely ignored the others), even some character development was around her. She's like a central piece because she and her parting were the trigger of most of the main events.
  13. I can handle it. Despite all the pervertedness and comedy in the common route, i still like it a lot. Did you read it using Machine Translators? Don't like 'em because I like to play full-screen.
  14. I've just finished Clover Day's common route. I've got to say it really impressed me. It was short (just 3 days) and this can be good or bad (depending of the quality of the routes), as it leaves more space to the routes. There were a lot of flashbacks and it had a nostalgic mood. There were also a lot of heartwarming moments. This common route is different from other common routes, because there is a lot of "important" stuff happening, not just hints. The soundtrack was really good: while there was no song that I LOVED, there was hardly any song that annoyed me. The heroines were good too (there wasn't a single one I can say I disliked, but also there wasn't one that I fell in love with). And the protagonist... I don't know what to say (he kind of had a good character development, but at the same time he was REALLY REALLY perverted and he was also a complete jerk sometimes). But there were two flaws: all the characters, except the teacher were perverted. Yes, all of them. And this really got on my nerves. And another flaw: excessive comedy. It can be good for people who like it, but I'm not really a fan of comedy. I'm really looking forward to the routes. I hope they're really good, because this game definitely has potential. I'm just afraid because there was no romance in the common route, so this means all the slow and introductory part will be in the routes. But if they handle it well... Also, there was no "real" plot, so it's kind of good, because it means it won't get in the middle of the heroines' routes. I'll be anxiously waiting for Yakusoku Translations to release another patch. And I recommend it for all those who like to read partial patches.
  15. Have you tried Nekopara? Not exactly what you're looking for, but there's still animation.
