Feels are about as subjective as it gets, I suppose. Sorry to hear you didn't enjoy it as much as I did.
I enjoyed it, no worries. The OP and ED are great, but it didn't exceed my expectations. It was a cute story, nonetheless, and I have no regrets watching it. I just wanted to shout at Menma to eat something while they were all together though, since they were bashing Jintan. Don't get me wrong though. While the ending was, indeed, predictable, I still think it was a very powerful scene. Only that it was more of sweet than feelsy for me. I still shed some tears though.
This probably ain't the reason, since I watched Jojo in one sitting and I was 'dear God this must be the manliest show on Earth' and I really liked it. You get my point. Now, watch Jojo as well.
My case doesn't seem to be with predictability. More like I had a problem with that scene in the temple near the end. I thought that things went too fast that it actually ended on Episode 11, right after that very scene. I would've liked it if they fleshed out those motives of theirs a little more, just to see how deep the scars really run in them.
Anyway, moving on.
I recently started Denpa Onna to Seishun no Otoko, or whatever the title is. I've been thinking that Erio is one of the cutest girls I've ever seen in the time I've been living, and I am not disappointed. The first episode left me wondering what the heck's happening. Not 'till Episode 3 do I start liking the show. It feels as if it just started on that episode, really.
I like the OP and ED of this one too.
