Because the original game was a trainwreck, according to those who've played it. The OST, I know nothing about. Re;Birth's soundtrack was not amazing or anything, but it wasn't something I hated. Same as Re;Birth 2's soundtrack. Honestly, I liked R;B2's OST more.
