Abernite Posted May 12, 2015 Posted May 12, 2015 You can't deny that workout is one important aspect for a healthy life, but do you actually doing it regularly? As for myself, I think I do have decent routine. I'm living in an university which provided a good running track (except after heavy rain), so I'm gladly use it for running. I run for about 7 laps and then do some stretches at the side of the field and I do this at least 3 times a week, except when my schedule is a little tight. At night I do some push-ups and sit-ups for keeping my bodyweight intact. How about you? Feel free to talk about it. Quote
Flutterz Posted May 12, 2015 Posted May 12, 2015 I give my fingers a good workout every day by typing or provoking butthurt posts on the internet, but that's really about it. sarayne, Loco15 and Mr Poltroon 3 Quote
Eclipsed Posted May 12, 2015 Posted May 12, 2015 Jog for like 30 mins a day Visit gym like once or twice a year Quote
GetterEmperor Posted May 12, 2015 Posted May 12, 2015 I never work out. I also have a pretty good metabolism so I do okay. Quote
Rabbit Posted May 12, 2015 Posted May 12, 2015 Does walking to and fro the bus stop count? If so than 2-4 times a week. Does walking to and fro the kitchen/bathroom count? If so than yeh I'm a workout machine. In all seriousness, no, not really, I never gain weight so that's not a problem but I am probably very unhealthy so I really should be working out. Quote
Stray Cat Posted May 12, 2015 Posted May 12, 2015 Definitely something I need to work on more. I tend to start doing it for a while and stop in a continuous cycle. Quote
Down Posted May 12, 2015 Posted May 12, 2015 I thought my metabolism was good until quite recently when it stopped being all that good. So I guess I'll have to do something about that and feel less shitty. Otherwise I burn most of my energy through intense brain activity Teeku Quote
Nosebleed Posted May 12, 2015 Posted May 12, 2015 Well I have a hentai stash for a reason Narcosis, Rabbit, Devarcan and 1 other 4 Quote

Turnip Sensei Posted May 12, 2015 Posted May 12, 2015 I go orienteering every week, since my dad likes to make along and it has become kind of habit. That 5 km of running and walking in forest is better than nothing, but my condition is still pretty bad. And I have mandatory half to one year military training in about a year, so I should really exercise more. I really don't like exercising, so I'm not too thrilled about it. Otherwise I think I could live with my good metabolism and not require that much exercise. Quote
Narcosis Posted May 12, 2015 Posted May 12, 2015 Yes. My fingers get a great workout everyday. AaronIsCrunchy 1 Quote
Monmon Posted May 12, 2015 Posted May 12, 2015 Rarely go to gym except if i got invited by my friends. And play a full match of soccer or futsal twice or three times a month. Other than tht i do some hip exercise too. Quote
Ariurotl Posted May 12, 2015 Posted May 12, 2015 I haven't worked out since high school with its mandatory PE. So... for about 20 years, give or take. Quote
Yuuko Posted May 12, 2015 Posted May 12, 2015 Well I go to school by bike everyday. It's like 6 km a day Quote
Shikomizue Posted May 12, 2015 Posted May 12, 2015 Well, if you count lifting 2.5 pound weights every once in a while as exercise... then yeah, I work out... Quote
TexasDice Posted May 12, 2015 Posted May 12, 2015 I use my weights, do some push-ups and run around the block every morning. Having a routine is nice and I lost enough weight to look like a human being. I'm also living with a dog, so that's a thing too. Quote

TheFantasm Posted May 12, 2015 Posted May 12, 2015 Hit the gym twice a day for at least 2 hours each. I used to be really unhealthy when I was younger, trying to avoid ever having to deal with those issues again. Quote
Bolverk Posted May 12, 2015 Posted May 12, 2015 Although I usually detest training, I exercise 2-3 times a week. I am a lazy ass trash. So I do alternate between doing strength training at home while listening to podcasts/audio books and read while using stationary bike. I also jog in the summer which I do enjoy a lot, the rush from running is really awesome. Quote
atorq Posted May 12, 2015 Posted May 12, 2015 I sometimes run. Like at least 2 times. I also have some weights I lift when I feel like it. And my left arm gets some regular daily exercise. Quote
Tawm Posted May 12, 2015 Posted May 12, 2015 Yes. I've been on a 5 day split for about a year now, with some random downtime now and then. I'm still only around 74kg at 8% bodyfat, though. I have short bowel syndrome after twisted bowels, so chances are, I'm not gaining much more weight in this lifetime. Quote
Soulless Watcher Posted May 12, 2015 Posted May 12, 2015 Nope, it's not necessarily that I dislike working out. I just have a hard time giving myself that initial push to the gym or track. Quote
Sovereign1612 Posted May 12, 2015 Posted May 12, 2015 Seriously, though, a lot of us Fuwans are sedentary, anti-social nerds/geeks or nerd-geek hybrids. What did you expect? took me 2 days to come to the same conclusion no offense im no exception but thats probably the best answer that you can find Quote
