Both of these are June 13th.

12 minutes to Microsoft's conference.

Nintendo doesn't have a conference but they're apparently doing some weird sort of Treehouse or whatever it's called thing

Been watching TB's take on it, which is a first for me because I usually just ignore E3 and find out what happened later.

We Happy Few looks really interesting.

That fight they showed of FFXV looked like such a clusterfuck and the combat looked clunkey as shit. I'm pretty disappointed

Friend persuaded me to watch that stream too lol.

Anyway, so far these piqued my interest:

-Titanfall 2

-Dishonored 2 (game of show for me behind Persona 5 unless they remember to, you know, announce NEW games)

-We Happy Few

 

Will probably only be able to run We Happy Few, kek. Tried the new DOOM's demo today and I had to take down the resolution to get it to a playable state.

 

BTW, is the PC show really in half an hour? Friend's interested but last year it was a fucking SNOOZEFEST.

I think it's TB's stream for it that starts in 15 minutes, the actual conference is in 45 minutes.

BTW I downloaded the first game after learning it takes place on a spaceship (best setting, ever) and it's so good. The intro is especially hilarious

Bethesda announced Quake Champions.. not sure how I feel about this. It's nice that we are getting a new Quake game, but it's apparently going to be class-based. Quakefortress? Overquake? I guess we'll have to wait for a gameplay trailer before judging it, if it's fast-paced, it might not be so bad.

Ubisoft had absolutely NOTHING that was interesting to me which is normal  because I abhor open-world games. 

That said, staying up for Sony. Hyyyyyyype!

Looks interesting, but the thing which made South Park: The Stick of Truth so good was that Obsidian developed it. Not sure how Ubisoft will go about it, and there's so many teams inside Ubisoft - this one's being done by Ubisoft San Francisco? I'm not familiar with game they have they previously developed (I legitimately have no clue here.)

Something to keep an eye on, though

Since I don't have a PS4 the most interesting part of the Sony conference was when the orchestra played New World Symphony for like 15 seconds and I recognized it

I play very specific types of games, so Sony wasn't very exciting for me. People keep raving about it, however, but eh. Flicked through the recap/summary and not much.

I don't understand people being happy about a lazy jumpscare simulator, they forgot that Resident evil is about that cheesy B-movie zombie feeling, and not about being a silent hill/Outlast corridor horror.

Battlefield 1, Battlefield 1 and Battlefield 1. Seriously the gameplay with all the different weapons and stuff was gorgeous. Watching some celebrities getting their ass kicked by professionals was intersting too. WW1 is back boys. I know they revealed it a month ago but I actually got to see some gameplay now. It is time to contact my old squadmembers for this.
