I was wondering if the patch is 100% translated? 'Cause I saw that Sekai is gonna release an ENG ver. to the game but I want to get to the VN asap.

Even if I really want the current patch was fully translated here, too bad that's not the case because according to VNDB the patch was only translated common, Mio, and Konami route there. Although if you satisfied with Mio and Konami only, guess you could consider it as complete here. Hope this could answer your question here.

The guys who did the FanTL are hired by SP, so you have to wait or play it an Japanese like a true weeb.

Okay. I just want to be sure 'cause I saw a patch but it wasn't fully translated.

The completion of the patch is 100% but Sekai is the one who will release that patch. You'll have to wait until then.

You should still do so! They're going to be releasing an 18+ version and the translation team is remaining the same so it's not like anything should be drastically different for you.
